The news agencies reported today, the second of April, 2006, that the Culture Minister of the North Caucasus Republic of Kabardino-Balkaria was subjected to ethnically motivated attack in Moscow.
"Unidentified people injured Kabardino-Balkaria Culture Minister Zaur Tutov at 21.30 Moscow time Saturday." He tried to protect children who had been leaving a local "house of culture" following a dancing training session
Moscow prosecutors said, that they had opened investigation into the incident, and added that Mr. Tutov had arrived to hospital an hour later with a cheekbone fracture and other injuries, and was still in the hospital.
The Kabardino-Balkaria president's press service said Tutov, also a famed baritone, had been attacked by 15 people who had shouted "Russia for Russians". The prosecutors said other versions, except ethnically motivated violence, would be investigated! The government of the Republic Of Kabardino-Balkaria accused police that had arrived at the scene of reluctance to capture the attackers and demanded a thorough investigation.
In the climate that Russian imperialism is the dominant factor of what is going on in what is actually happening in the compulsory colonial federation, this was not the first and will not be the last criminal attack that North Caucasians and/or other colonized nations' citizens were or will be subjected to.
Those attacks and aggressive acts are taking place even in those colonized republics and regions by those who are protected by the racists that are ruling those areas through security agents, and by the settlers who were brought in to replace the original population and to impose certain rolls of the reality of imperialism.
All the victims of Russian aggressive wars against the North Caucasus were treated this way, and if any one is thinking that the victims' descendents would be treated any differently, will be deadly wrong and completely mistaken.
Those Russian imperial enthusiasts are performing those attacks against citizens from all races, religions and origins, with the protection and encouraging of a well-known governmental official agencies and administrations. Also there are some youth organizations that are connected to well-known political parties especially the ruling party.
NGO's and Human Rights organizations and volunteers had issued warnings and raised concerns over the disturbing spread of xenophobic intentional hostilities against the citizens and individuals.
When the spoiled criminals shout "Russia — for Russians", it is certain that those uneducated disgraceful illiterates were not able to understand or comprehend what they meant by their slogans and rallying cries!
Concerning the word Russians, they should be more specific of what they meant by the word Russians! Are they the Vikings, Slavic's, Mongolians, Greeks, Turks, Caucasians, Persians, Indians, Germans, or a combination of all of those?
Do they mean the "Russians" that FSB specifies for those followers?
Regarding the country "Russia", also they have to specify! Is it "Evan the Terrible" Russia, with or without Alaska, "Peter the Great" one, the Russian Soviet Union, the one with the North caucasus and other colonized nations, or a future shrunken one that is going to be?
It seems that it is "Russia" as stored in the minds of those who are pushing those criminals and dictating them what to say while they are committing their horrible crimes?
Russian history as such, doesn't indicate any positive or solid ancient background, while most of the nations of the North Caucasus got a solid confirmed back ground of more than 6000 years of history, while living in the North Caucasus region.
Most of the Russian colonized nations can do without Russia, but Russia can't live without absorbing the wealth and natural resources of those oppressed nations.
The simple reaction for those barbaric actions is to tell their bosses, teachers and high-ranking superiors that "North Caucasus Is For North Caucasians", and Russians get out of there.
It's not logic to say "Russians Go Home", because they don't no where home is!
