The title reminds the reader of a mixture of the present and the past that mixes the painfull realities of the past -which made the blood shed - leads to the loss of homeland, becoming genocide and ethnic cleansing victims and eventually part of the population were living under occupation and the vast majority were brutally killed by the Tsarist Russian aggressors' army, killed during the deportation process while transported by sea and land, killed because of illness, disease and severe effects of the rough living circumstances, or who ended up living as refugees in diaspora.

First I would like to greet you and to express my respect to the Nation of Georgia for the efforts that were performed to restore democracy and freedom.
You came up with a sensible and remarkable statement as per MosNewsaccording to Gazeta.ru report, concerning that you are willing and ready to start diplomatic settlement for the conflict with the Republic of Abkhazia that had been striving for self-determination and independence.
Georgia, with all respect is obliged to be dynamic and a leading factor in solving out the problems that were thrown on the way of development and re-conciliation.
Why to insist on occupying the land of others like Abkhazia and South Osetia, even though they are practically out of reach and/or control with the consideration that they are of different origin, nationality and language, which was mandatorily annexed by famous stalin dictatorship?

In the memory of a great devoted Chechen, the assassinated President Aslan Maskhadov, (May Almighty God Bless and Mercy His Soul) the patient Chechen Nation is commemorating the relentless and tireless contribution, and continuous strive.
His feet were planted in motherland, but eyes were surveying the world, to make the truth reach for the wise intellectuals of the world to understand what kind of colonial aggression Chechnya was subjected to.
As a typical Chechen patriot, pain and suffering were felt and he was raised with, but it was in the deep belief that "pain is life-the sharper, the more evidence of life", which proves that pain and victory, like light and darkness, and they succeed each other. To All Respected Human Rights Organizations and Groups,
I would like to thank you for the unprecedented efforts that you perform to elaborate on the misfortune people who lost their motherlands and/or their civil rights in an unprincipled circumstances, which makes you contribute to draw the attention of the self-conscious peoples and nations of the world.
All "Human Rights" organizations and groups are requested to indicate and point out part of the presence and the history of some of the North Caucasian nations who suffered, and still of great losses of motherland, millions of human lives and the "right to choose" of self-determination and choice of "way of living" in a respected and dignified way and method at homeland.

Guards Of Evil
When the "Federal President" Putin made the main racist and anti-Semitic force in southern Russia (The Cossacks) as legal group, after signing the official documents, that triggered an earlier event which proves the fact that this policy had been implemented long time ago and this signing ceremony was for psychological influential effect by the security/police state policy, to make people more afraid and scared, and to make people fear approaching the point of requesting and/or demanding any change or their human rights of self-determination, freedom, and independence.
An earlier report on "Institute for War & Peace Reporting" IWPR about Cossacks behavior against minorities in Krasnodar and because they were given the neccessary support and they had been effectively given the go-ahead to bully and harris all minority groups with no exception, including the original inhabitants, since the report was made, which was 18-Jan-02! "Why have a dog and bark yourself?(with all respect).
