Институт гуманитарных исследований в КБР подлежит ликвидации? Согласно внутреннему источнику – сотруднику Кабардино-Балкарского института гуманитарных исследований, в ближайшее время произойдет ликвидация данного государственного учреждения. Форма ликвидации пока не уточняется, это может быть увольнение большей части сотрудников и перенос института на окраину города, либо полная его ликвидация в начале 2012 года. На сегодня опасения сотрудников института подкрепляются регулярными проверками всевозможных инстанций, изъятие компьютерной техники, бухгалтерской отчетности и других важных документов. По оценкам специалистов, ликвидация КБИГИ – это чудовищное преступление! «Старейший в СКФО гуманитарный НИИ – Институт гуманитарных исследований Правительства КБР и Кабардино-Балкарского научного центра РАН, существующий с 1926 г. Финансирование учреждение производится на 1/3 Российской Академией Наук и на 2/3 республиканским бюджетом КБР. В принятом в первом чтении бюджете на 2012 г расходов на Институт НЕ ПРЕДУСМОТРЕНО. Мы считаем, что происходящее это не какая-то ошибка и не случайный недосмотр, а спланированная диверсия» – сообщает источник. Официальные республиканские власти никак не комментируют отсутствие финансирования института в 2012 году. КБИГИ является одним из ключевых институтов России, занимающихся исследованиями в области культуры, истории, археологии, этногенеза, антропологии, языков и многих аспектов прошлого, настоящего и будущего коренных народов Кабардино-Балкарии и всего Северного Кавказа. Неоценимый вклад в развитие современной гуманитарной науки, дорогостоящие архивные материалы, многообещающий потенциал молодых ученых могут быть ликвидированы по непонятным общественности причинам. Возможно, здание института находящееся в центре Нальчика приглянулось кому-то, и предпринимаются действия по планомерному выселению КБИГИ и его последующей ликвидации? Существует необходимость глубоко изучить существующую проблему представителем всех слоев населения – интеллигенции, общественности, властей и простым гражданам и дать намеченным решениям открытую и объективную оценку. Одно известно точно: потеряв институт гуманитарных исследований как таковой, мы лишим себя и своих потомков бесценного культурного и исторического наследия наших народов.
