Aziz Liev is beaten by militia employees in Kabardino-Balkaria

In Kabardino-Balkaria militia employees bashed Aziz Liev, horse herd wrangler of the leader of the Khasa movement Ibraghim Yaganov. He was tortured during two days in order to state evidence against his chief who for these days was off to the mountains to rotate his another horse herd wrangler. NatPress was informed about that by Aslan Beshtoev, chairman of "Adyghe Khasa” of Abkhazia who on his way from Nalchik back to Abkhazia stayed for some time in Maykop.

In the capital of Kabardino-Balkaria Nalchik on the eve unstated criminals shot at a squad of the militia road-patrol service therefore, according to a source in the law enforcement bodies of the republic, 1 employee of militia was shot dead.
The incident took place about 09.05 pm at the corner of the streets Shogentsukov and Ossetic, unknown troublemakers moved by car, fired the patrol squad which at that moment was on the opposite side of the street near the Nalchik central mosque.
As a result of shooting one employee of militia was lost, a source in the law enforcement bodies told RIA "Novosty". Eyewitnesses called "first aid", however the militiaman died before its arrival.
The victim is inspector of militia road-patrol service Edward Unatlokov, born in 1976, representative of the Investigatory Committee of the Office of public prosecutor told "Interfax".
Gas leakage from damaged pipeline near Nalchik stopped

NALCHIK, June 4 (Itar-Tass) -- The gas leakage from the pipeline near Nalchik, Kabardino-Balkaria, was stopped at 04:50 Moscow time on Friday, a Kabbalkgaz company source told Itar-Tass.
Gas supply to the city was not halted. Gas is supplied through other two lines, the source added.
The high-pressure section of the gas main to Nalchik is located outside the city, in a field near the Shalushka River. There was no threat to the population.
The supply through the main was blocked from Georgiyevsk, the Stavropol Territory.
The pipe that crosses the river was damaged at about 01:00 on the night. Specialists work there to establish the cause. According to the preliminary information of the republic's law enforcement authorities, the pipe may have been blown up.
Fortunately, there was no blaze. Nobody was hurt.
