Magomed Miziev, Public Prosecutor of the Chegem District of Kabardino-Balkaria, has sent a letter to Valery Ustov, head of Investigatory Department for Kabardino-Balkaria of the Investigatory Committee at the Prosecutor's Office of the Russian Federation, expressing his opinion that Kerim Malkarov, detained on murder suspicion, was charged without sufficient grounds.
"The head of the Investigatory Department has promised to consider my application and give an answer till the end of this week," said Prosecutor Miziev by phone to the "Caucasian Knot" correspondent.
We remind you that the point was in charging Kerim Malkarov, 26, a resident of Nalchik, of committing on April 3 an armed assault, murder and robbery of businessman Murat Mukov.
The accused person has a reliable alibi. During the moment of the murder he was at his workplace - this is confirmed by evidences of eyewitnesses and by documents.
