Adygea to host air show Maikop / Agency Caucasus - The Enem town of Adygea Republic is scheduled to host an air show on Wednesday this week.
The 42nd Russian organization of traditional helicopter race will begin on July 25, Wednesday. A group of 60 racers from such countries as Russia, Ukraine, Belarus, Germany, France, Japan and the United States will be available to take part in the race until it gets finished on July 29.
This organization of the helicopter race in Adygea is aimed at, it said in one official statement, preserving socially spiritual values, helping the new generation of children internalize patriotism, making this kind of sports events widely available, and intensifying cooperation between Cuban and Adygea.
Several official institutions from the Russian Federation will participate in the organization.
Sergei Ivanov as First Aide to the Russian Premier, Aslan Thakushinov as President of Adygea and officials from North Caucasus will be welcomed as the guests of honour.
