Mass brawl among Russians and Kumyks on religious grounds become more frequent

As now reported by the Russian occupiers, a mass brawls among Russians and Kumyks on religious grounds took place in the Christian populated village of Troitskaya of Mozdok district of the Ghalghaycho (AKA Ingushetia) Province of the Caucasus Emirate, on 28 August.

 

Participants used stabbing, cutting objects and mountings.

 

Prior to this big fights between Russian colonist Christians and Muslim Kumyks occurred in the villages of Kiyevsky, Vinogradnoye, Terek, Pavlodolskaya and in the city of Mozdok.

 

Occupation terrorist gang FSB and the MIA accused, as always, Muslims in a brawl in the Troitskaya, and grabbed 15 Kumyks.

 

Russian occupants do not hide the fact that fights have religious and ethnic character.

Chechen President Ramzan Kadyrov announced recently that there should be only one "president" in Russia and therefore he was renouncing his own claim to that title. Other leaders of North Caucasus republics then announced their intention of following Kadyrov's example. North Ossetia, though, was ahead of the curve -- about two years ago, the forward-looking republic already turned its president into a "head of the republic."

One could view Kadyrov's move as another act of outward loyalty by a vassal to his lord. It is possible that this manifestation of oriental courtesy was a result of the feudal anger of President Dmitry Medvedev, expressed to his envoy to the region Aleksandr Khloponin and the leadership of Daghestan concerning corruption in the North Caucasus and the lack of investment there. Tatar Youth Forum Wants To Retain Title Of Republican President

KAZAN, Russia -- A Tatar youth forum has affirmed support for retaining the title of president for the head of the Republic of Tatarstan, RFE/RL's Tatar-Bashkir Service reports.

The 500-plus delegates to the fourth World Forum of Tatar Youth that took place in Kazan from August 28-29 adopted a resolution affirming that Tatarstan's presidency is a major factor strengthening Tatar ethnic identity. 

"For many young Tatars, especially for those living outside of Tatarstan, the president of Tatarstan has become a symbol of Tatar national revival," delegates said.

On August 12, Chechnya's Ramzan Kadyrov announced that he plans to abolish the title of Chechen Republic president. Kadyrov argued that Russia should have only one president. 

The heads of other North Caucasus republics have expressed support for that initiative.
