Pro-Russian munafiqs Kill Each Other
Publication time: Today at 15:25 Djokhar time
At least 4 munafiq terrorists have been killed and more than 15 others wounded in Wednesday (Sept. 13) in an armed clash between two puppets' gangs,  the "Ingush traffic police officers" and the puppet Kadyrov's "police special task force (OMON)",  at a checkpoint at the  border between the Russian-occupied Caucasian Muslim states of Ingushetia and Chechnya, their Russian masters reported.

According to preliminary reports, one puppet "policeman" was killed and eight wounded on the Ingush side and three killed and seven wounded on the side of the puppet "Chechen OMON" in the clash, the Russians said.

The puppet "Chechen interior ministry" confirmed the number of killed and wounded, reported by the masters.

Earlier, a gang of Ingush puppets was severely beaten in a dispute by Chechen puppets. The Ingush puppets vowed to revenge. When the ...

Russia Protests to U.S. Over Chechnya Forum Held in Washington

15.09.2006

MosNews

Moscow accused Washington on Thursday of allowing anti-Russian actions by permitting a North Caucasus conference to be held in the United States. The event was attended by a top Chechen rebel envoy, the Reuters news agency reports.

The conference, held in Washington and attended by Chechen rebel envoy Mairbek Vachagayev, is organized by the Jamestown Foundation, a non-governmental organization.

Russia’s Foreign Ministry protested to the U.S. embassy in Moscow, saying the event “advocates terrorism and runs counter to U.S. international obligations, including the clauses of the recently adopted global UN counter-terrorism strategy”.

“It was emphasized that the de facto connivance by the U.S. authorities in anti-Russian actions causes bewilderment against the backdrop of our two countries’ actively developing anti-terrorist partnership,” the ministry said in a statement.

Russia, which has finally managed to take ...

Smirnov is looking for Russia to endorse the vote

Voters in the breakaway region of Trans-Dniestr have endorsed a plan to separate from Moldova and eventually join Russia.

The head of the region's election commission, Pyotr Denisenko, said that 97.1% of voters answered "yes" to the first of two questions on the ballot.

The question asks if residents want a union with Russia which is the only country to have called for Sunday's results to be considered and maintains 1,200 soldiers in the region.

The second question asked voters whether they rejected independence and backed integration with Moldova.

The vote is not internationally recognised and Moldova accuses Moscow of abetting Trans-Dniestr, alleging that the region is a haven for smuggling.

Igor Smirnov, Trans-Dniestr's president, says he hopes Russia will endorse the poll.

But the leaders say the objectives of ...

Georgia accuses Russia of occupation
Publication time: Today at 13:53 Djokhar time
The Georgian president has accused Russia of conducting a "gangster occupation" of parts of his country and of seeking to annex its separatist provinces.

Mikhail Saakashvili addressed world leaders at the UN General Assembly a day after a Nato ministers meeting on the sidelines endorsed stronger ties between the alliance and the former Soviet republic.

Moscow strongly criticised the decision, saying it could upset fragile stability in the Caucasus and hurt Russian interests.

Russian news agencies on Friday quoted Sergei Ivanov, Russia's defence minister, as saying the country would deploy two brigades along the border with Georgia.

Saakashvili told the General Assembly that Moscow was waging a "concerted policy" of distributing Russian passports to residents of the separatist regions of Abkhazia and South Ossetia as part of an alleged plan to take full control of the ...
