The Minister of foreign affairs of Abkhazia Sergey Shamba considers that Russia could not undertake obligations about organization on the Russian-Abkhazian border on the Psou river of the Russian-Georgian customs control.
"Information on legalization of the customhouse-check points on Abkhazian and Southern Ossetian sites of the border is distributed by the Georgian party. The Georgian party offers Russia such variants, but without our consent they cannot be implemented".
