Nalchik/Agency Caucasus - 's Prime Minister Viktor Zubkov had talks on Wednesday with officials in the Kabardino-Balkaria Republic .
Zubkov was in Nalchik , capital of Kabardino-Balkaria, to meet with authorities and talk about the socio-economic development of the country. He attended there the inaugural ceremonies of beer and halvah companies. Zubkov also paid a visit to a sports center that had been inaugurated in Nalchik in November 2007.
