18th victim among natives of Kabardino-Balkaria found In Moscow this year 16.4.2008
On April 14 at 9:50 p.m. in 15 meters from house 17 construction 1 of Ochakovskoye highway in Moscow it was found out knife-cut corpse of 43 years old inhabitant of village Karagach of Prohladnensky area of Kabardino-Balkaria. As they informed IА REGNUM in the Ministry of inner affairs of Russian Federation, on his body there were revealed twelve pricked and snipped knife wounds in breast, stomach, back, neck and hands. According to the experts, death of the man, temporarily registered in Moscow in Parshin’s street, occurred one hour before he was found.
The man became the eighteenth victim from the beginning of the current year from among the natives of Kabardino-Balkaria, murdered by unknown criminals in Moscow.
Let's remind, the most notorious crime of such kind was the attack the minister of culture of the same republic Zaur Tutov on April 1, 2006 in Moscow. Then criminals were found and addicted to prison from one year up to a year and a half.
As IА REGNUM had informed earlier, on March 20 the parliament of Kabardino-Balkaria adopted the reference to the deputies of the Moscow city Duma, in which they expressed their concern in relation to the cases that became frequent in Moscow, such as attacks against citizens in connection to the national or racial discord, which victims among others natives of Kabardino-Balkaria appeared to be. In the document representatives of the republican legislative authority stated that "special concern is caused by that displays of the high activity of the nationalist groupings have a long time ago developed into an obvious process that have the tendency to further distribution ". In the text they also sounded the demand to consider the problem on working out by the bodies of the state authority of Moscow city together with the law-enforcement bodies of a complex of additional measures directed on prevention of the nationalist activity growth in Moscow.
