It was not excluded that the tax service of Adygeya would be re-subordinated to Krasnodar. Such politics is organized by the federal centre, but the form of its realization was not acceptable to the republic. That statement of president Aslan Tkhakushinov was published by the republican mass-media on January 30, “Caucasian unit" correspondent reported.

"Basically we are not against such uniting of these centres, their integration, - the leader of the republic, in particular said. – But let they be integrated in Maykop". If the sense of such transformations is that in Adygeya all the federal departments were transformed into branches, such campaign will be inadmissible, he considered.

The president told that the problem not once had been mentioned by him in Moscow at the meetings with the federal officials. And the republic would assert its rights as the equal subject of Russia, including at the level of the leader of the state in any case.

Thus the Adygeya president assured that he had “perfect personal attitudes with the governor of Krasnodar Region Alexander Tkachev”. And the business relations get adjusted. He resulted as an example discussion of the question of the territorial disputes, during which the re were no problems in solving without insults and claims.

Earlier "Caucasian unit" had informed that in October of the last year the Adygeya president had stated that there would be no re-subordination to Krasnodar Region of the tax service of the republic allowed. Moreover, he emphasized that the status of those services which for today had been deprived, would be returned.

Several days later the chief of state, the chairman of the Government of Russian Federation, the minister of finance, the minister of regional development, the chief of the Federal tax service and the other federal officials and departments were addressed by the Adygeya parliament. In the letter they wrote about inadmissibility of reduction in Adygeya of the list of divisions of the federal bodies of the executive authority.

Later with the analogous reference to the president of Russia, chairmen of the upper and the lower chambers of the parliament of Russia, the chairman of the Constitutional court of Russian Federation the public organizations "Adyghe Khase" and "Circassian congress" addressed, too. Their letter was supported by “Circassian congress" of Kabardino-Balkaria and Karachaevo-Circassia.

Let's note, the reorganization of the Adygeya tax service had bee started since the autumn of the last year. The Adygeya customs house, the Management of the federal veterinary and phito-sanitarian supervision service, the Management of the Federal nature use supervision service, the Management of the Federal drugs control service were re-subordinated to Krasnodar Region in the end of 2006.
