"Territorial integrity" in Russian

The squabbles of politicians accompanying an aggravation of the Russian - Georgian relations, testify to gravity of present disagreements between the two countries. Certainly, the question did not refer to the exiguity of contradictions between Russia and Georgia even earlier, because one country occupies almost a quarter of the territory of the second one and destabilizes the conditions on the rest part of the country. The demarches of the Georgian politicians, which did not make any impression on invaders, were frivolous.

After the announcements of the Kremlin for recognition of territorial integrity of Georgia, there began to appear the Russian sense put in them. By last statements and actions of the Russian authorities, the question refers to territorial integrity of the Georgian territory, but without Abkhazia and Tskhinval region. That was expected, because the Russian certification of Georgian citizens in these regions is carried out not because of tickling nerves to the Georgian authority.

The president of Russia Putin, in his interview, by almost with an open text has let us know, that a present Georgian authority does not suit him and, in - chechen "subtly" has hinted Georgian people, that problems, like gas, will arise once again, while the present government is in authority of Georgia.

According to the results of last unfriendly actions on the part of Russia and frankness of the Russian policy, Georgian side began to name some things with its names. The representative of Georgia in the United Nations has declared, that in Abkhazia was accomplished ethnic cleaning and also has called to replace the Russian invaders named "peace-makers from Commonwealth of Independent States", in peacemakers from the United Nations for realization of high-grade peace-making operation. There were also other sharp announcements from both Georgian, and Russian sides. However, the nervousness of Georgians, in the presence of fair requirements put forward by them, gives out either their panic condition, or the sequential dramatization, in the manner of "chechen groups in Batumi transferred for the help of Abashidze".

The story of detection PZRK "IGL", attached to the tree in Tskhinval region, firstly might cause the version of the invention by Russians the new weapon and revolution by means of air defense. Since then PZRK with clockwork, watching for the air target has not been known in any army of peace. However, Georgian side informed about the found out on a tree "IGL" so convincingly, with presentation of photos, that the bases not trust the Georgian propagandists did not exist. That fact, that "detention" of attached to the tree "IGL" - is pure propaganda operation, and forces do not have have any relation with it, was clear from the very beginning. Being involved in it at least one militarian, in an ether nobody would give out such mistakes. Besides, the subsequent updating of the message where "IGL" appeared simply thrown in water and casually caught by fishermen, even more convince of correctness of told above and about the true sense of all this history.

Minister of Internal Affairs of Georgia in the new version about "prevented terrorist act" has given out no less fantastic statements testifying of its incompetence: "For similar installation any terrorist of "Al-Kaida" or other organization would pay some hundreds thousand or millions dollars".

If to assume, that a story about "IGL" is only the incompetence and desire to gain favour, the announcement about North Caucasian "vakhkhabists" in Abkhazia, ostensibly working at the same time with the Moscow protégés and special services, testify about the friend. All this is obviously intended "on export" and reminds invocation of the help and attempt to draw attention of the western partners to "common enemy" in the face of "international terrorism".

It is impossible to name similar tactics in business of finding of independence and clearing of occupied territories effective. About the moral side here, to speak even is not necessary. But, in case of modern Georgia, the question is not so much independence of former empire, how many about "replacement of cover". Hardly new partners of Georgia are so naive to rush to fight, having believed in renaming the Russian invaders "vakhkhabists" or the international terrorists. Probably from here is a panic in the ranks of the Georgian governors, their doubtful methods and, despite validity of requirements, barefacedly contemptious attitude to them of the Russian side.

Probably following step to clearing the grounds of the Russian occupation, will be "transference" to Sukhumi or Tskhinvali "Al-Kaida", and even itself Ben Ladden. The blessing to make it is not difficult, as the Russian side in the anti-Georgian announcement strongly "placed" them in Pankissi gorge from which a hand to submit up to Abkhazia or South Ossetia.
