Shamil Basayev

The famous and widely distributed weekly Arabic language magazine, "Al-Hawadeth" in the latest issue Number 2563, dated 16-December-2005 and under the description "Criticism That Does Not Hurt" with a headline "Shamil Basayev"on page 11, which was signed by a coded name "Wasel Ben Ata'a" had published the following translated text:
 
Chechen rebel commander, Shamel Basayev who declared the responsibility of the stadium operation that lead in 9, May of last year to kill the Russian backed president Ahmad Kaderov during a military parade on the occasion of "Victory Day" against Nazism in World War ll.
 
In regard to the killed president Maskhadov, which was Basayev field-ally, he condemned the attack as per his usual reaction that seemed as a distribution of positions although that position distribution tactic on one side, and the announcement of responsibility on the other side had also appeared in October, 2002 during the hostage taken operation of 80 hostages in one of the Moscow theatres, which lead to the killing of 130 persons including commando paratroopers, when they were exposed to a chemical agent which provided high killing affectivity, with participation of female suicides. There is no doubt that the assassination of Kaderov who was the rebels mufti during General Johar Dudayev days, who was assassinated by Russians in the year 1996 after his cellular phone was booby trapped, turned to be a great loss for the Kremlin that had the bet to give a chechen style to solve out the conflict, and a successor was quickly chosen who can not be his son, Ramzan (27 years) who was a local militia leader.

He succeeded to cultivate the seeds of revolt even though the Stalinist circumstances later on prevented the heat from penetrating through the thick cover of brutality ashes.

What connects then between inhabitants of Grozny and  Mahajkala, the Dagestan capital city and the inhabitants of Moscow, Petrograd, and Astrakhan other than hate.
