Peace will begin only after the disintegration of the Russian Empire

In 1995 year Bill Clinton, Francua Mitteran and Helmut Kol refused to present at the parade in the honor the fiftieth anniversaries of victory in World War II. They made this into the sign of protest against the atrocities of Russian occupiers in Chechnya. As is known, in this year their successors shut eyes to the incessant war and they agreed to greet Russian soldiers’ army. Empire soldiers dispatch by marsh under the banners with the sickle and hammer.

However, uncommonly in this was one: sitting under the canopy of Kremlin wall, that same place, where once Stalin looked at soldiers, trained to war for "our great", that, who destroyed in Chechnya fourth of entire people, returned the tribute of respect the President of the "stronghold of democracy".

Bush desirably observed the demonstration in the Soviet spirit to the company with his comrade on the misfortune of Putin. Western community demonstrate indifference to the Chechen people already more than eleven years.

Chechens still believe in the western politicians, and are turned to them by their requests to influence Putin; however, everything remains as before, and the West remains apathetic. Meanwhile in Chechnya daily continue to perish from 5 to 20 peaceful citizens from the hands of occupiers, moreover this is sufficiently reliable data, which does not reject Russian side.

Those "cleanings", which occur in Chechnya - they are completely compared with "ethnic cleanings", which were passed into Kosovo. All this time when the second Russian- Chechen war goes on, citizens of Russia and Chechnya ask question: when will war end? However, no one hears distinct answer from the Kremlin management except the reports about the mythical victories.

The Kremlin clearly talked nonsense. War tightened more than six years instead of the declared two weeks! It’s difficult to visualize more severe and more prolonged slaughter house than this, imposed on the Caucasus on the heap of overindulging by its own impunity of Russian politicians. The war, to its scales already enveloped entire territory of the North Caucasus.

That’s why the Kremlin stiffens laws, fearing scale uprisings against Moscow in other national republics, still forming part of empire. Indeed, the consciousness of the fact that the peoples populating Russia possess natural right to the creation of own national state, already ripens not only Caucasians alone.

About the fact that achievement of international agreement in the territory of empire is directly connected with its disintegration, are realized in Tatarstane, in Bashkiria, and in Karelia, and in Yakutia, and practically in all national republics and Russia regions, and Kremlin management undertook preventive measures. Fear to the people agitations, forced Moscow, to reshape the map of Russia, on which there will not be national formations any more.

By one stroke of a pen Moscow deprived the small peoples of its national republics, autonomies, regions and other national formations. Calculation is maximally clear, - these measures are undertaken in order with the appearances of small peoples, to exclude any reference about the national nature of probable mutiny, and to illuminate it as the terrorist attack of bandits in one of the federal regions of Russia - southern, Far-Eastern, central and etc.

It’s without saying that such policy cannot not cause response reaction, which of course will liquidate by power methods. Thus, conflicts, which pass into the hostility and national intolerance, generate not "separatists", but exactly the Russian management, counteracting the tendency of colonial peoples toward the creation of their states on its earth peacefully.

Enormous responsibility for this also lies on the most numerous people of empire - Russian, whom to itself are not comrade. Indeed, because of the imperial policy of Russian and on the essence of Russian management hardly will be located although the one place on the territory of entire post-Soviet space, where the Russians use respect and feel themselves safety! It is doubtful, that such policy would strengthen international agreement - on the strange grief, as is known, you will not build happiness.

Russians should be known that the equal relations are added on the basis of the very principle of equal rights. However, as usual Russians prefer not to recall about this, because the supporters of the self-determination of peoples, up to the creation by them of their national states, have clear, noncontradictory proofs of their rightness.

World practice indicates that precisely this idea leads to the international peace, and ceases the protracted bloody conflicts. Nevertheless, the Russians policy prefer to play on the emotions of their people, saying about its exclusiveness and sublimity, about the fact that with the disintegration of Russia other peoples will be unfair to them, and that its rescuing in the single state. For example, in the Baltic States is numerous Russians, who live rather well in accordance with the laws of this country, understanding, that it isn’t worthwhile to justify the criminal policy of Moscow, however, there is the specific layer of people, which there kindle the chauvinism, and shout about the disturbance of the rights of Russian colonists.

The overwhelming majority of simple Russian people, on ignorance or on the naivety, believes to these deceitful promises, and sacrifices their lives on the foreign land into the name of prosperity of Russian govern. Peace in the territory of empire will begin only, when Russians, realizing its historical responsibility before other peoples, will be returned to the boundaries of "gold ring" where they will find calmness themselves and finally they will leave at rest of others.
