For the right to live at own discretion
The increasing complexity - the basic feature of contemporary reality. As to live in the ambiguous, complex, intricate peace - this is the today major issue of usual citizens, politicians and entire peoples.
The complexity frightens the majority of people, it pricks up ears, causes the different kind of suspicion, distrust. People are indignant with the increasing complexity of life, they try to be pulled out from the complex circumstances, from the complex collisions.
The history of the hostility between Russia and Chechnya departs by its roots deeply into the history, in the times of the achievements of the Russian Empire. Russian- Chechen war began and lasts so many years mainly because of the inadequate understanding by the belligerents of each other.
For many years against the Chechen people is conducted consecutively the rigid policy, designed exclusively for the merciless military suppression, and to occupational command does not always be sufficient one week, in order "to finish" Chechen resistance, and this week, day, hour it will always not be sufficient thereby, who is doomed to the defeat.
By one of the critical goals of war shooting always consisted in the putting to the enemy of political and moral defeat, and in recent years in discursive of Russian mass culture noticeably grew the value of formula "the accomplices of enemy".
Internal enemies of Russia, who interfere with gaining above the Chechens victory - policy, journalists, human rights activists, soldier mothers, corrupt officers and Generals. External accomplices - are Arabs, Georgians, the special service of the West and other.
Specifically their actions, taken together, "prevent" successful development and completion of fight with the Chechen mujahadeen. The following statements appear typical for the authors of popular literature and television series: "Give us will, we will far and wide roll out Chechnya in the twenty-four hours. Yes we can together with Georgia in addition erase all and entire! Russian not one war - they lost!".
It’s certain, that this frank lie, which is torn away in powerless spite. Russian technique hundreds of times passed Chechnya from below upward, but war was not completed. Russian army battled well if and only if in the soldier was internal confidence in its rightness. When it disappeared, they beat Russian army. This feeling of internal confidence could not replace either fairy tales about the "yellow threat" into the years of Russo-Japanese war, or the calls to die for the "tsar and the fatherland" in 1914, or call "to move aside" boundary, joining Finland. Also did not help Russians the demagogy about the "international duty" in Afghanistan.
Also cannot raise these feelings of reasoning about the "indivisibility" of Russia. Its striking ability to lose unjust wars was always the most important merit of Russian army. In this sense in Russians perhaps have not less the foundations for being proud of the defeats of Russian army, than with its victories.
Therefore the propaganda of the fact that Chechnya would roll out, if "did not interfere parquet" it cannot live for long. In these notes penetrates the acknowledgement of its defeat, which begins first of all political defeat.
And, thus, occupiers became to lose, also at the information front, because any military amir simultaneously occurs by propagandist, who gives interview where is better, than professionals public relations, trained in the special schools.
The mujahadeen report to the people entire truth, and they make this successfully. Russian- Chechen war has become the armed agitation long ago, inverted not only to the Chechen and Russian people, and to all peoples of the Russian Empire.
Meanwhile the propaganda of occupiers and collaborationists in Chechnya increasingly more causes distrust not only in the Caucasus, but also in Russia, because the fight of Chechens goes on not for the formula of achievement, but for the right to live in own way, to arrange own life at own discretion.
