The next failure of the Russian special services. An unprecedented scandal flares up between Georgia and Russia , and is not excluded at all, that the White house will interfere with unwrapped events.

The governing body of Georgia has accused Russia of the state terrorism and attempt at the president of the United States . This is the largest dissonance in relationship between Moscow and Tbilisi for all their history. Russian political scientists recognize as well, that today's events are the deepest crisis between these two countries.

And, nevertheless, they consider, that accusation was heard at that moment when relations of these two countries are extremely tense, and as if all of this is connected with the process of a withdrawal of troops. In opinion of political scientists, the appeal in this case goes not to Russia , but to the West in order to allow the western partners to put upon Russia the maximal pressure.

However these opinions sound unconvincing, even because Moscow is accused at once of several loud crimes, each of which is enough to exclude Russia from the United Nations and implement the international sanctions against it.

Let's remind, that this year on the 1st of February, in the town Gori was blown up an automobile filled with an explosive as a result of which three peace inhabitants were died . On a briefing the head of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Georgia Vano merabishvili reported about the termination of investigation of automobile undermining.

In a course of investigation the direct executors of this act of terrorism - Gia Valiev and Gia Zasiev were arrested. Also, during the special action there was arrested Joseph Kochiev who had obtained the automobile which had been blown up by terrorists at a police station.

During his questioning all members of diversive group were established. Arrested persons were included into the diversive group created approximately one and a half years ago, under the direction of the colonel of Main Intelligence department (MID) of the Joint Staff of the Russian Federation Anatoly Sysoev.

Sysoev implemented the preparation of terrorists directly in the territory of Russia . Later, some acts of terrorism were carried out by this group in territory of Georgia . At present Sysoev and other terrorists are in search.

As the main accuser of Russia came out the chairman of parliamentary committee of defense and national safety of Georgia Givi Targamadze. The members of parliament are sure, that in territory of the country operate some groups of terrorists from Russian MID in which it is involved not less than 120 persons. According to the Georgian members of parliament, " Russia directly participates in the internal conflict of Georgia ".

Accusations for Moscow have sounded unexpectedly. In the Ministry of Defence of the Russian Federation , categorically began to reject the statements about participation of officials from MID in accomplishment of acts of terrorism on the territory of Georgia .

The Russian embassy in Tbilisi also rejects all accusations. Let's remind, that the name Sysoev appeared around the theme of ossetic armed formations which up to now remains extremely painful for the Georgian side.

The first deputy minister of Foreign Affairs of Georgia Nikolay Tabatadze, more than once accused the Russian side of realization of military preparation among the inhabitants of South Ossetia . Tabatadze has declared, that on the military base "Satellite" which is near to Vladikavkaz, it is being organized the training preparation of almost 400 inhabitants of South Ossetia in order to use them in the military provocations in Tskhinval region. Then Tabatadze has declared, that the Anatoly Sysoev the adviser of South Ossetian leader Edward Kokoit, supervises over this preparation.

Anatoly Sysoev, the citizen of Russia , the colonel of Main Intelligence department (MID) of the Joint Staff of the Russian Federation under the invitation of the late general of Azerbaijan BS, arrived to Azerbaijan . "Participated" in operations, against the Armenian occupational formations.

Worked as the chief of investigation of artillery in the Ministry of Defence. In operations "participated" from the very beginning and before the assignment of the moratorium in 1994 and on all fronts: Zangilan, Fizuli, Agdam. he was plead guilty of " parricide " under 57-th clause according to UK of Azerbaijan. In 2000, according to the decree of the president of Azerbaijan Heidar Aliev about the pardon, terrorist Sysoev was released.

From interview of Russian terrorist Sysoev given the ECHO of Moscow (2001-08-27) a bit later after his release: " In the beginning I have been accused under clause of 82-nd - non-dispatced. And then I was declared as the traitor of the native land.

I as the foreign citizen, have been included in traitors of the native land, though they could have accused me of espionage, terror,all in all, of any kind of clause convenient for them ... But they have not made it and have made a laughing-stock of themselves ".

According to some data, terrorist Sysoev was convicted of espionage for the benefit of the Armenian and Russian sides. Sysoev is amnestied by the president Heidar Aliev under the personal request of the Russian president Putin.

But the loudest accusation was not an announcement about participation of Russia in the events Gori. On Monday Targamazde declared, that the Russian special services and overthrown governor of Adjaria Aslan Abashidze were participants in attempt at George Bush the president of USA , which happened on May, 10 this year.

Investigation does not exclude the idea about the relatonship of the terrorist Arutinian with the former authority of Adjaria and the Russia . Today they are exploring the possible contacts of guilty, with special services of the foreign states, the member of parliament has informed on Monday. Nevertheless, Targamazde, has not put forward any concrete accusations and has not supported with proofs, but has brought a panic into the groups of all opponents of Georgia .

According to the chairman of committee of defense, "Arutinian might not be alone, which has written the scenario of attempt at Bush and executed it with his own". In the Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs yet they hesitate to make comments about the announcement of Targamazde, obviously, suspecting, that the Georgian side has full evidence, for the greater efficiency they prepare to put forward accusations of attempt at the American leader, after the reaction of the Russian side.
