In connection with Zaur Tutov’s thrashing Circassian congress of Adygeya calls up to punish law enforcement bodies 2.4.2006
In connection with skinheads’ attack in Moscow against the minister of culture of KBR Zaur Tutov and the ensemble of dance "Adygs" Circassian congress of Adygeya intends to address to the president of Adygeya republic Khazret Sovmen as to the leader of one of the subjects of Russian federation, and a member of the Supreme Council of the All-Russia political party "United Russia". The chairman of Circassian congress Murat Berzegov informed about that IА REGNUM correspondent. As he said, corresponding references would be sent to the address of the deputies of the State Duma of Russian Federation from Adygeya Andrey Vorobev and Nikolay Demchuk, and a member of the Council of Federation of Russian Federation from republic Adam Tleuzh.
Actually, told Berzegov, participants of the Festival of peoples of Caucasus "UNity-2006" in which representatives of the four republics took part - Adygeya, Kabardino-Balkaria, Karachaevo-Circassia, and Abkhazia - were attacked. The slogan of the festival was the appeal to brotherhood, friendship and mutual understanding among peoples and regions that is possible only on the basis of their cultural exchange. In the future its organizers - the Union of the Abkhazian-Adygeyan youth, formed by students of the Russian university of Peoples’ Friendship - had planned to get to take part in the festival other Caucasian republics and regions of Russia.
"About skinheads, - the head of Circassian congress said, - everything is quite clear. Criminal proceeding on the fact of hooliganism has been instituted. But those "hooligans" ran up, and probably nobody is going to search for them. We shall call up our representatives in the federal center to achieve, first of all, employees of the law enforcement bodies being assumed responsibility for that".
