Adygeya Presidential Administration: the chief federal inspector tried to substitute executive bodies
At the request of IА REGNUM correspondent the head of Administration of Adygeya president Taly Beretar commented on the disputed situation which had developed between the chief federal inspector in SFD across Adygeya and Krasnodar territory Anatoly Odejchuk and republican authorities. We shall remind, several days earlier he had published an interview in the appendix of "Izvestia-Yug" newspaper in which he stated the opinion on the state of affairs in Adygeya and role of the chief federal inspector in it.
«According to Regulations about plenipotentiary of the President of the Russian Federation in federal district ", - the head of administration of Adygeya president told, - " there is the circle of functional duties and the powers of plenipotentiary been executing, in particular, through chief federal inspectors in subjects of the Russian Federation ".
As T.Beretar noted, «Among such duties there are organization of interaction of the federal enforcement authorities with bodies of the subjects’ government, institutions of local authorities ". However, A.Odejchuk had tried to substitute for himself organs of Adygeya authority and to interfere with their works, having organized meetings with participation of officials who received from him assignments and instructions obviously unauthorized.
As inadmissible T.Beretar considered also that "the official of such high rank has afforded statements which under the contents and tone - though it was rough lie, falsification of facts, direct insults of Adygeya president as well as the republic’s inhabitants – go out of not only frameworks of human and professional etiquette, but also are incompatible with executing of official duties ". Such position, «occupied by the inspector and sounded by him in the interview, - IА REGNUM’s interlocutor emphasized, - excludes any opportunity of his interaction with Adygeya Republic enforcement authorities".
" In this connection the Cabinet of Adygeya Republic has addressed to plenipotentiary of Russian president in SFD Dmitry Kozak with the request to retire A. Odejchuk from his official post,” – said Taly Beretar.
