Circassian forum in Nalchik: They try to accuse us of separatism 5.4.2009
The Circassian forum in the capital of Kabardino-Balkaria Nalchik took place at the special security measures and appeared in the center of attention not only of the public, but the power structures, IА REGNUM correspondent informed from the place of the event on April, 4th.
For participation in the forum a significant number of KBR inhabitants gathered, even greater than the organizers had planned. The hall of the forum could not receive all the interested persons, more than 150 young men remained in the street, expecting decisions of the forum.

Adygeyan amendments can appear in 131st federal law 4.4.2009
On April, 4th a forum of the Adygeyan public organizations takes place in Nalchik. The member of the forum’s organizing committee, farmer Ibragim Yaganov told "Newspaper of South” that the basic question would be the situation about the Alpine meadows that “were public pastures from time immemorial”.
“The 131st federal law should regulate these attitudes, - Yaganov added, - but one legal act cannot solve all the municipal problems all over the country. They cannot be uniform in Yakutia, Ryazan region and Kabardino-Balkaria. It was casual in the law there are 44 amendments, including concerning separate regions, in particular Dagestan”.
The law says that there are categories of the lands which the state cannot own and which should be allocated among municipal formations in the view of historical features, the local legislation and on the fair basis, he noted.
