These comments given are intended to be forwarded as a tribute and great appreciation to Dr. Walter Richmond’s efforts for his difficult task and tremendous endeavor to bring up astonishing documented information about one of the most important dilemmas and human disasters that the North Caucasus and the World had observed in the 19th Century that is extended until today, which made it possible for the readers to interconnect the era before the year 1864, with later history, that managed to reveal the sequence of events to reach the present time which articulated what Tsarist Russia had prepared and fixed for the Northwest Caucasus Region “Circassia” and its inhabitants.
