However, the matter is that “the big dragon” gradually leaves from under the control of its creators and begins to destroy everything, what interferes with displays of the incorporated in it " dragon" instincts. The whole world practice unequivocally proves, that any group of professional murderers (and “squadrons of death” are, first of all, murderers), exempted from any necessity to observe laws, never voluntary comes back to what is possible to be named “a legal field”. And governments have to create “new dragons” to liquidate the “old” ones according to the checked up techniques. The ‘squadrons of death” are invented not in France ; however, the experience of France is most indicative in the sense of creation ... >> full

Jule, 19, 2005 A Chechen Village near Vilnius First of all, I would like to be understood correctly: the ecumenical community, on behalf of which I speak, has no agreements with the organizations and persons, pursuing latent purposes. Not with the so-called world “behind the scenes”, not with religious figures, including the council of Churches under the aegis of which there is an ecumenical movement. Ecumenism is only our personal belief. And it means that we do not approve any religious extremism. On this basis we offer cooperation, that is, the realization of the in common developed programs. Taking into account the difficult situation in the Chechen Republic and also the problems of Chechen refugees abroad, we, first of all, also try to involve all Chechen Diasporas of Europe into cooperation. The offer on creation of a Chechen village in a suburb of Vilnius could become one of the first tasks. Some work has already been done in this direction, that is, there is a site for building, where ... >> full

From: MSN NicknameEagle_wng (Original Message) Sent: 7/23/2005 1:54 AM Russia Will Always Be on His Radar Screen Friday, July 22, 2005 By Lynn Berry Staff Writer Vladimir Filonov / MT In an interview at the U.S. Embassy last Friday, Alexander Vershbow called Russia his first love and said he looked forward to someday coming back. U.S. Ambassador Alexander Vershbow had been in the job only a couple of months when the terrorists struck on Sept. 11, 2001. The attacks brought an outpouring of sympathy in Russia for Americans, as evidenced by the flowers that piled up outside the U.S. Embassy, and ushered in a period of cooperation between Washington and Moscow that looked set to change the relationship forever. It was an exciting time to be the new American ambassador. Four years later, as he wraps up his tour, the outlook is much less bright. Anti-American sentiment is running high, with Ukraine and adoptions serving as some of the latest flash points. U.S.-Russia relations have taken on tinges of the Cold War, and ... >> full

Strange words have been pronounced. Strange feelings cause these proceedings and words - by articulating their ideas Russian VIP-officials and attached experts are to be reassured, encouraged and calmed somehow. Vladislav Surkov recently published on a site of "Freedom" of speech complained of fatherland: It is terrible, begining from its population and ending up with politics, to give people civil rights, " we are afraid ". Vladimir Putin at the yesterday's meeting with protectors of rights tensely listened to the music of revolution which is ordered and paid in the foreign centres, and what about the chief of FSB Patrushev had reported even earlier. Kremlin's political technician Pavlovsk, having made comments on these different kinds of fresh news, sympathized with the American tax-payer. In his opinion, the money allocated in this year with the Congress of USA for the support of our democracy, ... >> full
