A prominent Moscow exile politician, professor Khomyakov, wrote an article in connection with ethnic unrests taking now place throughout Russia.
According to him, they are related to Perestroika 2 which the West carries out inside Russia. In an article published on the portal of National Democrats, the exiled professor writes:
"The events at the Manezh square in Moscow on December 11 and before that have elements of "adaptation", i.e. the elements of a possible deliberate weakening of people's anger in order to avoid larger riots.
The chief Moscow police general was negotiating with leaders of an unauthorized rally. Moreover, the protesters' leaders were in masks.
Riot police, or a so-called OMON, are enemies of Russians. But there was an impression that they were "on a leash" and they could not strike back as they could. They never behaved like that in previous cases. The number of detained persons was unusually low.
There is ample evidence that the actions of the cops were limited. And they could be limited only by orders from the top. .
Unusual for an anti-government rally were also lengthy live broadcasts on some government-controlled TV channels. And the reaction of opposition leaders was also unusual. As a street crowd feels that "it is now allowed", Russian opposition leaders have also learned to act on the brink of a foul, in order not to get framed up. The tone of statements of almost all Russian opposition leaders drastically radicalized after December 11. They now openly say what they were afraid to say just half a year ago.
Such acts started to be tolerated. Monster Russia, as WikiLeaks exposures demonstrated, is needed by many people in the West. Western elite realizes that they are dealing with criminals in Russia, but the criminals are beneficial to them, and they rub shoulders with bony-eyed Zio ghoul Putin.
But they are pragmatists, and understand that Russia will die for certain. They want to finish calmly all their deals with Russia, and only then to agree to disintegration of this country. Last spring, Biden told about an impending collapse of Russia in 2025. But this semi-dead body Russia is unlikely to live until 2025, and after the epic of Russian Far-East guerrillas last summer, forecasts were quickly altered, and analysts recalled an earlier forecast by Brzezinski that Russia would not survive 2015.
Then there were summer forest fires, catastrophic crop failure and quarrels on the top in connection with the dismissal of the Moscow mayor Luzhkov. And now (we do reveal our sources) some agents of influence in Russia say that we are to expect realistically the collapse of this country within next two, maybe three years.
Probably, the global crisis created a new generation of players who realize that the crisis is not a joke. And it's time to forestall the events.
But Russia is a weak link of the West. This was in due time convincingly substantiated by Lenin. The worsening of the situation in Russia is possible by rousing a social or national crisis.
The strongest component of the social crisis is not economic, but anti-police and anti-government. These components are added to the Russian national protest.
The Manezh square riots were only the first step. A recipe for an effective destabilization of the situation has been found.
Russia will soon collapse with a bang", Moscow political emigre professor Peter Khomyakov writes from Kiev.
Meanwhile, Russian media reported on December 16, that an occupiers' "court" in the Russian occupied Amur Republic (Russian Far East) banned Russian citizens to read a book by professor Peter Khomyakov entitled "It Is Time We Seize This Land Back For Ourselves". A Post-Russia Project". The book is now included in the List of Banned Literature. Any Russian captured in reading it is sent to GULAG.
