The stated by Putin intention to invite to Moscow the representatives of KHAMAS has served as an occasion for sharp polemic between the supporters and opponents of this decision. The belonging of that or other side of dispute with the specific camp was not difficult to recognize by used arguments. One side declares about the inadmissibility of support by the president of Russia of the organization, which was recognized as terrorist, while another one supports Putin's decision, calling his manifestation the "independent policy" of Russian state. Those more moderate in the estimations talk about the intention of Russia to increase their intermediary role in the Palestinian-Israeli regulating and the tendency to enlarge their influence in the Near East.

However, the impression is created, that the possible visit KHAMAS to Moscow has greater significance for Russia itself and its internal social and political situation, rather than for the Near East. The image of "independent president of influential power", which creates Putin in the eyes of Russians is checked on durability. The refusal in the given situation from intention to meet with KHAMAS under the pressure of external forces is capable to drop not so high Putin's authority in the eyes of his compatriots, especially after a failure of the Russian policy in Ukraine. The charges of Putin in the dependence from the side of the nationalistic forces of Russia can be strengthened in this case.

Although, one should not leave out of account also such variant, that Putin actually is not an independent figure, and the meeting with KHAMAS, allegedly regardless of will of USA and Israel is well thought-out play for raising and strengthening of his authority inside the country. It is quite possible, that Putin was "highly allowed" to carry out the given action, since, if necessary, the levers of pressure upon the Russian president and upon his coercion to the refusal of the actions, which go against the interests of USA, until now have been sufficient. It is enough to recollect the refusal of the declared by Russia intentions of the deliveries of weapon into the Near Eastern region, after the appropriate protests of Israel and signals from USA. Generally, the situation with possible visit of KHAMAS is such, that according to results of holding or not holding meeting will not be judged unambiguously - real Putin is the leader, or he as the Russian nationalists says, "hollow Pu".

It has not done in disputes without habitual jackalism from amateurs’ side to represent "preoccupation" with condition of human rights in the Caucasus. Usually the threat to study the human rights against the background of continuous genocide in Chechnya occurs at those moments when something is necessary for them from Russia, and it is completely forgotten after achieving of its goals. The cynicism of an event consists also in the fact that precisely in such situations it is openly demonstrated the authentic reason for mounting and using of labels of "terrorism". Organization KHAMAS bore the name "terrorist" not only in Israel and in the West, but also up to recent time as well in Russia, especially after Putin, flaunting in Jewish embroidered skull-cap, it was crucified in Jerusalem about the "partnership of Russia and Israel in the fight with this terrible evil".

What has forced "the warrior against terrorism" to reconsider his point of view? Because of what today did bewitched partners on struggle against invented "international terrorism" started to arise real or artificial dispute? And why partners have suddenly started talking about "double standards"? They have already become classical arguments with elements of blackmail: "If we take and invite the Chechen terrorists to us, since others invite our terrorists in their country". Not having any firm principles, except for abilities on-gipsy to bargain benefits on political market, these "blackmailers" believe, that Chechens, on an example of other "Moslems", will immediately run to them to fraternize, to create for them a superfluous occasion to yelp to Moscow for couple of days.

It is even more disgusting by its cynicism another argument of "blackmailers": "and what if we will demand the observance of human rights in Chechnya". Specifically, in similar arguments there appears the true essence of so-called "international community" in its relation to questions of the observance of the human rights. Today even blissful idiot sees that these "rights" are converted by small swindlers from the policy into the element of the dirtiest and most unprincipled tradings. Moreover, the previously mentioned entirely relates also to the organization KHAMAS, which, in spite of its rhetoric about the "Islamic solidarity", with the unconcealed enthusiasm rushed into the embraces of hangman and killer of hundreds of thousands of Chechen Moslems.

At the same time, KHAMAS deserves also the words of appreciation for the sobering lesson, presented by this Arab nationalistic organization to excessively hot "internationalists" from the Chechen medium, which there is no time day and night turned in Chechen tele-ether song "against Jerusalem, we will arrive in order to die under your walls". If they have not yet decided over to go to the walls of Jerusalem, then now, after a lapse of the almost seven years, they have chance to meet with the Palestinian "brothers" somewhere on halfway: those at last have estimated this noble impulse and in answer also gathered at walls of Moscow.

Briefly, it is not similar, as if the Israeli partners of Putin confuse Chechens with the Iraqi Kurds, with the Afghan "Northern Alliance", or on ignorance assign to Chechens their own moral special features. Although I will not recollect so that the Chechens once would turn themselves to Israel with any proposals or requests, nevertheless, it would be desirable to them to advise by itself to be investigated with its KHAMAS and best friend of Jews - Putin, and not to use frightened "Chechen terrorists" as the noodles to the ears of Russian patriots.
