In the good way!
IA DAYMOHK, 17.01.06
The creeping destabilization of the North Caucasus indicates crash for the future of Russia itself. War for "seven presses", so is possible to name the new Russian- Chechen war. After the defeat of occupation forces in war 1994-1996, and the signing of the peace treaty between Groznyy and Moscow, actually opening for both sides way to the creation, to the peace and to the collaboration, into the region gushed out.
However, in the Kremlin this was perceived painfully and they began to understand, that Russia lost the information war. Let us recall that inside Russia and abroad this war has called not otherwise as the "dirty war", in the course of which the cruelty, terror and different atrocities exceeded all possible limits with respect to innocent civilians.
As a result Moscow accepted the solution to shut Chechnya for the free access for the press and the non-government organizations in the second Russian- Chechen war, because not only to person, that possesses sensitive soul, it is painful to look at that, in that was converted the constantly undergone bombardments the Chechen capital.
Even Putin himself - man with the heart of reptile, was struck by that seen from the height of bird flight. Not one city in the world was received so many bombs from the times of the end Second World War, neither Hamburg nor Warsaw nor Dresden nor Budapest nor Berlin, and the emergent hatred for Moscow began to pierce entire Caucasian society.
250 thousand human lives and the adequate operations of the mujahadeen in the Russian cities steel from consequence of criminal policy of Putin on the Caucasus. The operations of the mujahadeen in Dagestan, Ingushetia, North Osetia, Kabardino-Balkaria shook the main "reaching" of the destroyer of human soul, which forced Russians to believe, that it was capable to conquer.
The provocation of Russian special services against the Dagestan Moslems, glorified Putin in the fall of 1999 as the political rescuer of Russian nation. Then he promised to his people to win in two weeks, but instead of the victory the war reached to Moscow itself, which converted Chechnya into the center of violence.
At the Kadirov disposal is located the personal band of cutthroats by number several hundred people, whom the citizen of republic warns itself more than occupiers themselves. Bandits declared that Chechnya is most stable of all republics of the North Caucasus, where people disappear daily as before.
They are taken away by kadirovians and many of them don’t return. Kadirovian band formations feel themselves comfortably, because they are given orders in the Kremlin, and they can design for impunity, because Moscow encourages the crimes of its satraps, and again tries to squeeze Russian- Chechen into the framework of fight with the "international terrorism".
Meanwhile in the Caucasus goes on the colonial war between the Russians and the Caucasians, and this war is the process of continuing decolonization, which followed after the disintegration of USSR. There are no surmounted obstacles for the negotiations on the curtailment of Russian- Chechen conflict.
Today to international organizations UNITED NATIONS, SE, EUROPEAN UNION, PASS it is necessary to undertake two steps: in the official statements they must require from Russia and clearly to give them to understand that the only method to avoid the sliding down of the North Caucasus to chaos, and Russia itself to the tyranny - this is the completion of Russian- Chechen war via negotiations.
We will hope that with such calls and requirements first of all will come out PASS, which created special commission and accepted to the examination of the demands of a participant in the protest action - the President of international association - "worlds and right of man" Said-Emin Ibragimov. In the good way!
