Quick March!
As we have written earlier, at the obviously forge court in Beslan, hard time has come for the prosecution. After the accused, Nurpashi Kulaev, had refused to plead guilty absolutely unexpectedly, the bearing of representatives of the prosecution noticeably changed.
Before that everything was going on “sedately and nobly", and the process proceeded according to the script. Everything began with that the representative of the prosecution - public prosecutor Maria Semisynova loudly demanded from Kulaev to explain, what forces influenced on Kulaev so, that he dared to refuse his former evidence.
The Public prosecutor, obviously, counted on that Kulaev would tremble, (it was the question of evidences beaten out from him with application of force), having remembered the bone-breakers, who after each process waited for him in the prison to continue the conversation about life and death.
In particular, she reminded him of the materials of the case, in which there were the evidences, signed by the accused under the pressure of the investigation, "I plead guilty in gangsterism, terrorism, illegal storage, transportation, use of weapon. I partially plead guilty in terrorism". "Then the lawyer told me to sign, so I did", - Kulaev answered easily to angry Semisynova.
Since that moment the "case," constructed on water, began to collapse. At each new session of court Kulaev began to inform all new details, unknown before. These confessions of Kulaev gave determination to the parents of the lost children. They subconsciously realized that it was necessary to search for the main originators of the death of children neither among Ingushs, nor among teachers, nor among the lowest part of Ossetic authorities, and even nor among officials of high instances, as it was propagated with the Kremlin.
Mothers knew that the main originators of the atrocity were not in Vladikavkaz, but they required resignation of the top management of Northern Ossetia , not daring to name those, who had hidden behind the gear wall.
In a word, the victims till this moment had behaved shy and uncertainly. They wished to say something, but they did not, and were very cautious. And suddenly the parents of the lost children inspired with evidences of Kulaev, began, as they say, "to shoot at the aim".
They directly accused Putin of the tragedy, and the charges against Putin became conformable with requirements of the international community of independent investigation of the Andijan events, threatening to send dictator Karimov to the prison plank beds. The impact was so unexpected, that in the Kremlin they ran into a stupor, and, certainly, Beslan's killer was frightened.
The confusion of scared Putin's could be noticed during his meeting with an insignificant politician from India Sonya Gandi, who intentionally was asked the leading question with the purpose to get her "correct" opinion about Beslan events. And why should Sonya suddenly be anxious with Beslan, additionally, at the necessary time?
Putin gratefully looked at the Indian "rescuer". In fact in the situation, in which Putin has found himself, any fine and insignificant politician has a huge value for him, if he (or she) supports his "antiterrorist" adventure and justifies the attack of the Beslan school. And he has fewer such comrades every day of the litigation.
The so-called "commission", which was hastily organized together in the lobby of the State Duma of Russia, is also not in high spirits, in case if an idea will suddenly come to someone's mind in the West to interfere and carry out an independent investigation. It is necessary to say, that the "commission" has coped with the assigned problem and has done its best to take out from under the impact the main perpetrators of the crime, making responsible anybody, except for them.
However now, after the details, which have revealed during the court, the report of the "commission" with the version scrupulously stated in it, has turned into a useless scrap of paper. We shall remind that the "commission" had an absence of requirements from saboteurs as one of the main arguments in necessity of the assault, which now they name to be "a tragic accident".
Members of the parliament coil like worms on a hook, because from the evidences of the victims certain conclusions follow, that the investigation was prejudicial and engaged and carried out with installation of the interested forces.
Today, it has become evident, that for all this time the members of the "commission" were disturbed not with what they should have been disturbed, if they really had been interested in disclosing of the murder of hundreds of children. The justificatory tone of the members of the "commission" and their one-sided reaction to the new proofs, shows that for this period of time they have been engaged in nothing else, but concealing the true originators of the tragedy, and, in fact, they have followed the criminal way themselves.
Instead of taking into account the importance of the new facts, and to declare the radical revision and the new investigation of the case, they, for the known reasons, began to defend and persist, defending the version, failed with a crash.
Even recognizing, (under the pressure of incontestable facts), that nevertheless there were requirements, approving of which would have prevented the assault, they try to present the case in such a manner, that it was impossible to prevent the bloody result. "There were requirements to stop the war, to withdraw the troops from the Chechen Republic ", - the members of the "commission" agree, but, in their opinion, these requirements sounded (!) "languidly".
We shall remind that till now they have declared that the only requirement, which was stated by the saboteurs, was arrival of Zyazikov and Dzasohov and also children's doctor Leonid Roshal to the school. However even now, when everybody already have agreed, that there were political requirements, the members of the "commission" try to belittle their value, get out and declare, that these requirements, ostensibly, were vague.
One of the members of the "commission" stated, that "these requirements were declared extremely vaguely. The requirements were not in a written form, concrete terms were not formulated; for example, "we give you two days for withdrawal of the troops".
That is, in opinion of the members of the "commission", it turns out, that the saboteurs should have operated with extreme cruelty: to give two days for thinking, killing one hostage each hour for Moscow to begin to move, and then it would have looked concrete!
Probably, it is pleasant for the members of the "commission" to show themselves as "peacemakers" and "humanists". They like to take for a ride themselves and others, instead of to declare openly, that they do not care for women, for children, for anything else, because they defend the general line of the security officers' regime.
The regime, to which "sloppy sentimentality" is not peculiar, the regime, which will never make concessions, even if the stake is lives of not only all inhabitants of the Northern Ossetia , but also of Russia .
In fact, it was pardoned the murder of 42 000 Chechen kids! So, go forward to the light past by bodies of women and children, strengthening the spirit in the "antiterrorist" operation. In a word: "Quick March!"
