In this department the activity on assignment of the sons of Adam to the paradise and to the hell is carried out, and the decisions are made, which of them should be anathematized and who should be declared to be "sacred". The work is adjusted so, that the doors in paradise are open only for the fighters for "united and indivisible" Russia .
It is not clear, by what signs they learn, who has got where, but they always have a huge quantity of the meanest fabrications. From high tribunes, decorated like New Year trees, didactics explain the geopolitical "true", that it is possible to become a Shahid only having died for "the territorial integrity" of Russia irrespective of religion. And there is nothing else to do, but to go to fight, frenziedly crying out "Hurrah, Putin!"
