Adygeya capital’s deputies and mayor get ready for Town Council’s session

A session of the Council of People's Deputies of Maykop (37-th under account) takes place on June, 16th and will be opened with the hour of the head of the town administration. At the session they will consider such questions, as children's summer rest, schools’ preparation for new academic year, amendments to the town budget, the privatization plan, cleanliness in the town and some others. At the hour of the head of the town the basic theme becomes formation of "positions of the target program on energy-saving and energy efficiency”.

As Maykop TV informed, sittings of the committees and the presidium of the Town Council took place last week. Acting at one of the sessions, the chairman of the council Vadim Nikolaev spoke about necessity of maintenance of cleanliness in the town’s territory. "Cleanliness is the first, most appreciable feature of our town, he told in particular, and we mustn’t lose it. The head of the town pays it special attention so that the scheme of putting in order in the town would work without failures”.

The question of the energy efficiency was mentioned at the sitting the municipal interdepartmental commission, specially organized for that purpose. It is called to develop the program - according to requirements of the federal law. However the town mayor Michael Chernichenko told that the program was developed "not for someone, and for us”. "Therefore we consider it very carefully”, he noted.

Transformations should concern all the organizations and departments of the town, Maykop TV reported. According to the approved requirements till January, 1st, 2011 all establishments of the budgetary sphere of Maykop should be supplied with devices of the energy resources account. Till January, 1st, 2012 their installation should also take place among the population. Besides under the law it is supposed charges of the budget for decrease of the energy resources.

The separate attention at the sitting of the interdepartmental commission, Maykop TV informed, was paid the question of organization of control over implementing of the municipal energy-saving program. Two branches of the authorities: executive and representative, the head of the town told, all the requirements and the measures of responsibility which go from the federal and the regional authorities, "will be integrated directly on the citizen” even wider.
