KCR president approved new staff of republican government

KCR president Boris Ebzeev signed the Decree about the Government of Karachaevo-Circassia. The structure and the personal staff of the new Government (approved by the deputies of the National Assembly of the republic on June, 3rd) in accordance to clause 92 of KCR Constitution was introduced the president B. Ebzeev by the chairman of the republican government M. Kemov.

There were not any basic changes in the staff of the Government of Karachaevo-Circassia. The Prime-minister still have 4 deputies instead of 5 in the previous staff. The post of the first deputy chairman of the Government now is occupied by Umar Uzdenov (who had worked the head of Malokarachaevsky municipal area) instead of Ismail Aliev who supervised the financial-economic direction. The biographies of the rest deputies remained the same: the first deputy chairman of the Government – plenipotentiary of KCR in Moscow city Sergey Smorodin, tow deputies – Djanibek Suiunov and Murat Hartsyzov – were also kept on their posts.

Among the heads of the profile ministries they re-approved Alexander Grebenschikov, Boris Mekerov, Sultan Hashukaev, Andrey Chukalkin, Husein Kurdanov, Murat Tkhakokhov, the head of the State Committee on culture Ramazan Borokov and the head of the State committee on physical training, sports and tourism Hassan Kurachinov. From among the new-appointed there are one the key figures in the Government – minister of agriculture of KCR Ahmat Semenov, the head of the large milk processing enterprise and the chairman of the State committee of KCR on national affairs, mass-media communications and press Nasipkhan Suiunova.

The president of the republic Boris Ebzeev described the main tasks for the Government in the framework of the Complex development strategy of Northern-Caucasian federal district to which the working group of KCR headed by M. Kemov, had submitted its offers. The leader of the republic underlined that all the members of the Cabinet must be oriented on concrete results on which basis they will estimate efficiency of the work of each newly appointed man. Thus the president did not exclude possible retirements in connection with inefficient work of this or that state figure.

Among the immediate tasks B. Ebzeev also named optimization of the republican budget as well as reduction of the staff quantity of republican and municipal authorities in accordance to the statements of the President of Russian Federation D.A. Medvedev.
