NatPress: Moscow Expert Was Not Allowed To Examination In Aghirov’s Litigation (Adygeya)

posted by eagle on May, 2010 as ADYGEA

Moscow expert was not allowed to examination in Aghirov’s litigation (Adygeya)

13 May 2010 - 22:10 - NatPress

Expert from the Bersirovs’ party Michael Timonin, specially arrived from Moscow, was given up in participation in the examination organized by the expert-criminalist centre of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russian Federation on May, 12th in Adygeya. Let’s note, it is a question of investigation of the car accident on November, 4th, 2008, which occured in participation of the republican chief of Rospotrebnadzor Aslan Aghirov on the road Maykop-Psebay in Shovghenovsky area.

"On May, 7th, Rafael Bersirov told NatPress, representing the victims of that car crash in the court, the inspector of the Investigatory management at the Ministry of Internal Affairs on Adygeya lieutenant colonel Oleg Puzankov informed me that my petition was completely satisfied. In that petition I had asked to allow participating in that examination the independent expert who, by the way to tell, had in his hands the results of his own examination. According to the law we have this right for it. However already when he was in the air on his way to Maykop from Moscow, I was informed that our independent expert was not admitted to the examination”.

According to R.Bersirov, most likely, the decision about satisfaction of his petition had been really signed. But during some moment for some reason that decision ceased to exist. He in due time had not requested the written acknowledgement to that the petition was satisfied.

Together with the expert the lawyer of the victims Sergey Senko arrived from Moscow. He unlike the expert was allowed to the examination - as an observer. As the lawyer, despite of rejection to the expert in participation in the examination, noted in the conversation with NatPress, he still hopes for the objective results nevertheless. And those results, should be approximately in 20 days.

Let’s remind, the car accident with participation of Aslan Aghirov the head of Rospotrebnadzor across Adygeya had occured in the holiday of November, 4th, 2008 on the road Maykop-Psebay in Shovghenovsky area. In it 4 persons - all from the family of Bersirovs - were lost.

Now Aghirov acts in the named criminal proceeding only as a witness. The driver of the VAZ-2107 – Askhad Bersirov (one of the victims) had been already stated as guilty. However the decision was protested by the Bersirovs.

The main thing the examination should solve is on whose party of road movement there was that car crash. The expert, who arrived from Moscow, had already the opinion in that occasion. According to him the place of collision of the cars, most likely, was on the lane of the car VAZ-2107.
