NatPress: Youth Parliament Of Second Convocation Started Working In Adygeya

posted by eagle on November, 2009 as ADYGEA

Youth parliament of second convocation started working in Adygeya
11.11.2009

On November, 6th the first session of the youth parliament of the second convocation took place in Maykop. At the session new chairman was elected – Ruslan Natah, (on official data he was elected unanimously); the new structure of the executive committee was formed, and seven profile committees were planned.

According to the member of the youth parliament, the first secretary of the republican committee of the Union of Communistic youth of Adygeya Aidamir Tkhagushev, he did not participate in the voting. And the main thing why he had ignored it was that the candidature on the post of chairman had been uncontested. “And the agenda was given not two-three days earlier and right before the session, - he told. - That is, everything has been already decided beforehand, the parliament just had to agree”.

As the representative in the parliament from the executive authority, the employee of the committee on youth affairs, the head of “Young Guard” of Adygeya Murat Habahu noted, the new convocation gathered 40 young leaders - from all the areas of Adygeya, representatives of the educational institutions, and so on. From each organization one person was delegated. “There was no purpose to create a parliament according to the party principle, - he explained. – There is no need in it to solve youth problems”.

The last two years on the post of chairman there had been Mahmud Karataban. As far as Habahu knew about that term, the main thing that had been done was working out of a bill on youth which then was submitted.

“At this session, - Aidamir Tkhagushev commented, - there was not the ex-chairman. And accordingly the report on the done work was not sounded. That proved that the parliament is just a fake”.

About the party membership of the members of the youth parliament Tkhagushev told that practically all of them either from “United Russia”, or “Young Guard”. There are two Communists in the parliament: he represents the republican branch of the Union of young lawyers of Russian Federation, and Irina Shakhnazarov the republican committee of the Union of communistic youth of Adygeya. “Representatives of the other parties, probably, are not present in the parliament”, - he added.

In the staff of the present convocation of the youth parliament creation of profile committees became a new thing. “In this connection we should make changes to our authorized documents”, - Murat Habahu explained.

“I had suggested creation one more profile committee: on tourism, - Aidamir Tkhagushev said. - However they, having referred to the rules, rejected”.
