Adygeya Security council discussed migratory processes in republic

Adygeya president Aslan Tkhakushinov on October, 27th held the next session of Security council at Adygeya president. Participants of the session discussed the course of execution of decisions of Security council at Adygeya president from May, 20th of the current year, connected with the migratory processes in Krasnogvardeysky and Maykopsky areas. According to the Federal migratory service department (FMSD) across Adygeya for 9 months of 2009 courts of Adygeya Republic made 47 decisions about the administrative exclusion of foreign citizens out of the limits of Russian Federation. The chief of the FMSD of Russian Federation across Adygeya Alexander Ivashin reported that the exclusion procedure was applied concerning 27 foreign citizens. In total 1531 administrative offences of the migratory legislation (that exceeds the parameter of the last year in 1,5 times) were revealed.
According to the deputy minister of internal affairs on Adygeya Kaplan Daurov, since the beginning of this year on the FMSD’s materials 13 criminal cases were instituted. 9 persons were involved in the criminal liability. There were revealed three crimes on the fact of illegal migration organization.
At the session they also considered the problems connected with the illegal migration and replacement of the title nations (Russians and Adygs) by representatives of Kurdish and Armenian nationalities. It was noted that growth of the migrants’ number increases tensions in the social sphere, medical service and education. During the session reports of the heads of municipal administrations "Krasnogvardeysky area" and "Maykopsky area" - Vyacheslav Tkhitlyanov and Evgenie Kovalev were also listened. They noted appreciable stabilization of the migratory situation and decrease of the quantity of foreign citizens and persons without citizenship, staying in the territory of the areas.
The Adygeya president underlined the low coordination of the activities of the state services and departments in suppression of the illegal migration.
-Despite of some positive moments in organization of the work on maintenance of the migratory situation in our republic, the activities of the migratory service, the law enforcement bodies, the enforcement authorities of the republic and the local self-management in this sphere still not meet to the full the present requirements – as there is no effective interaction, - Aslan Tkhakushinov emphasized. According to the FMSD, from among 3 458 persons of Kurdish nationality, living in Krasnogvardeysky area, more than 300 of them live there with infringement of the laws. In Maykopsky area 5 650 persons of Armenian nationality (10 %), 33 of which - with infringement of the migratory legislation - officially live.
During the session corresponding decision, in which recommendations and orders were given various services and departments, directed on suppression of illegal migration and on settlement of the problems in the migratory sphere, was accepted.
