NatPress: SFD Chiefs’ Meeting Held In Adygeya

posted by eagle on August, 2009 as ADYGEA

SFD chiefs’ meeting held in Adygeya
16.8.2009

In Adygeya on August, 13-14 a meeting of the chiefs of the subjects of the Southern federal district, devoted to implementation of the federal and republican programs in Adygeya on struggle against unemployment.

“Employment of people became the basic among the cares of the leadership of Russia in the conditions of the world crisis, - it was spoken in the message of the Radio of Adygeya. - Two videoconferences led by the plenipotentiary in the SFD Vladimir Ustinov recently were devoted to it. At them the plenipotentiary found out the situation in the federal district and instructed on elimination of the lacks of the subjects. And at the present meeting it is a question of the expenditure of the means for implementation of the programs”.

Let's note, at glider meeting of Adygeya Cabinet on August, 4th the head of the department of public service of population employment of Adygeya Feodor Fedorko stated “that the level of registered unemployment decreased to 3,7 %. The number of the registered unemployeds, as he said, made 8023 persons.

At the same time, “in the republican bank 2373 vacancies were totaled. 842 persons from among unemployeds expressed will to be employed in the enterprise activity, 206 person from them were sent on training. 205 inhabitants of the republic received grants at the rate of 58 thousand 800 rubles. The financial help for registration of necessary documents for opening own business was rendered to 160 citizens, 362 unemployeds made business-plans”.

At the last videoconference “Vladimir Ustinov focused the participants to two actual problems - growth of unemployment and debts of managing subjects on payment of wages”. Simultaneously he “mentioned good work of the agencies of the Adygeya government on decrease in unemployment and repayment of debts on wages”.

“ … Debts on wages at the enterprises of all patterns of ownership until recently made 10 million rubles. For today the debts is completely extinguished, - it was wrote then by the press-service of the Adygeya president. - For improvement of the situation on the labour market it was also adopted the republican target program “Decrease of intensity on the labour market of Adygeya Republic” for 2009” that was developed by Management of public service of population employment of Adygeya Republic. The sum of co-financing of the program from the federal and republican budgets made about 52 million rubles”.

From NatPress: Probably, that meeting anticipates the session of the State Council of Russian Federation (which had been promised for this August), probably, replaces it. But one thing is undoubted – management of Adygeya concerns very seriously to it. Not we – but they consider results on forthcoming session of the State Council of Russian Federation as a criterion of the solvency of the republican authorities. Therefore we, average citizens including unemployeds, should only wait this result.
