Adygs really cope with crisis?

In the House of Adygeya government meeting on the situation on the labour market, labour attitudes and population employment in the SFD organized by the Federal service on work and employment (Rostrud of Russian Federation) began working, it was informed by the press-service of the president of the republic. The vice-chairman Ivan Shklovets represented Rostrud of Russian Federation at the meeting.
And the press-service of Adygeya president published:
“ Adygeya Republic had been named among the few federal subjects which for today had completely extinguished the debts on wages at the enterprises of all patterns of ownership”.
“In the regional relation the analysis on the course of implementation of the regional programs aimed on decrease of intensity on the labour market was made. By the current moment Adygeya Republic managed to implement this program in 51 %. According to Murat Kumpilov, for the first half-year on the actions in the sphere of population employment and social support of the jobless citizens registered in the bodies of the employment service, it was spent about 75,8 million rubles. The level of registered unemployment in the republic, since the end of April, decreased from 4,7 % up to 4,3 for July, 1st, and on August, 5th it makes 3,7 %.
According to the data sounded at the meeting by Adygeyan prime minister, for supporting of the anti-recessionary measures the federal center had allocated to Adygeya 49 million rubles, and Adygeya Cabinet defined co-financing at the rate of 2,6 million rubles. But on these days the federal center approved, and the republic allocated 3,6 million rubles in the framework of the republican program on increase in financing of the anti-recessionary program in volume 62 million rubles. In total the second tranche intended for stabilization on the labour market of Adygeya Republic, will make 65,6 million rubles.
According to acting public prosecutor of Adygeya Republic Sergey Gubin, for the expired period of 2009 including measures of the public prosecutor's reaction, the debts on wages were extinguished for the sum 14 million rubles. 24 acts by results of which consideration 10 officials are punished with disciplinary punishments are taken out. In connection with infringement of the legislation on the payment 27 persons are punished with the administrative punishments”.
In the information there was no data on the federal subjects of the SFD, except for the general figures:
“On the beginning of the crisis in the SFD the greatest debts on wages was observed. Today the situation is stabilized: about 915 million rubles of the debts decreased up to 490 million”.
The state TV-radio company of Adygeya:
“If to take the SFD, in it there are such regions in which the debts on wages exceed 100 million rubles. Across the SFD because of the crisis there were 51 thousand person dismissed, 100010 infringements in the sphere of the labour attitudes committed by heads of enterprises were revealed. The debts under the salaries in the SFD are not present only in Kabardino-Balkaria and Adygeya”.
