"Tourists" from Adygeya are detained in Caucasian reserve

The Office of Public Prosecutor of Adygeya Republic and Khostinsky area department of inner affairs of Sochi investigate the fact of infringement of the mode of the Caucasian reserve. In the morning on July, 5th its employees had detained in the state protected territory 12 persons without passes with two carbines. As they said in the Office of Public Prosecutor, in the case there are indications of the witnesses concerned that among the infringers of the special reserve mode there was the prime minister of Adygeya Republic Murat Kumpilov. If the fact of the finding in the territory of the reserve with fire-arms a criminal proceeding is instituted, the infringers can be threatened with till two years of imprisonment.
In the Office of Public Prosecutor of Adygeya Republic “Ъ” was informed that on the last Sunday near the shelter “Fisht” (Khostinsky area of Krasnodar region) the state inspectors of the reserve had detained a group of 12 persons who had had been illegally to the specially protected territories.
According to the Office of Public Prosecutor, the arrested persons had fire-arms without any documents - carbines "Leopard" and “МЦ 105-04”. One of the carbines at the moment of the detention was in the charged condition.
“In the national suits with flags of Adygeya Republic they had ridden on horses almost 30 kilometers deep into the reserve though they should have addressed for passing to the local division of the Caucasian reserve where for the certain sum they would have been given an instructor and a fixed route. According to the norms of Russian legislation, illegal finding in a reserve with fire-arms is equated to poaching, so investigation of all the circumstances of the case therefore is on. “We are finding out, why they did not obey the norms stated by the law”, - the senior assistant to the public prosecutor of the republic Ivan Smernikov told.
“The deputy minister of the finance of the republic Tembot Kumpilov, and Aslan Khadzhimov, the director of the state unitary enterprise “Medical Hydro-mineral resources of Adygeya Republic” appear in the reports of detention. We also have testimony that the group was headed by the prime minister of Adygeya Murat Kumpilov, however it does not prove to be true documentary so far, - the assistant to the public prosecutor informed. He explained that within the frames of the investigation in 30 days there would be a verification of surnames of the infringers fixed in the reports of detention. As he said, the majority of them was without any documents and could name assumed names. “In the case there are photographic materials with which we work, too”, - mister Smernikov added.

For example, on Lunar Glade, in its territory - nearby same Fisht - such "tourist" constructs a mountain-skiing complex. It is constructed a part of a road there, using “a method of explosion”, not a shot from one or even two guns. However this circumstance is outside of the sphere of the official interests of “the Office of Public Prosecutor of Adygeya Republic and Khostinsky area department of inner affairs of Sochi”.
