First I would like to greet you and to express my respect to the Nation of Georgia for the efforts that were performed to restore democracy and freedom.

You came up with a sensible and remarkable statement as per MosNewsaccording to Gazeta.ru report, concerning that you are willing and ready to start diplomatic settlement for the conflict with the Republic of Abkhazia that had been striving for self-determination and independence.

Georgia, with all respect is obliged to be dynamic and a leading factor in solving out the problems that were thrown on the way of development and re-conciliation.

Why to insist on occupying the land of others like Abkhazia and South Osetia, even though they are practically out of reach and/or control with the consideration that they are of different origin, nationality and language, which was mandatorily annexed by famous stalin dictatorship?

The news agencies reported today, the second of April, 2006, that the Culture Minister of the North Caucasus Republic of Kabardino-Balkaria was subjected to ethnically motivated attack in Moscow.
"Unidentified people injured Kabardino-Balkaria Culture Minister Zaur Tutov at 21.30 Moscow time Saturday." He tried to protect children who had been leaving a local "house of culture" following a dancing training session
Moscow prosecutors said, that they had opened investigation into the incident, and added that Mr. Tutov had arrived to hospital an hour later with a cheekbone fracture and other injuries, and was still in the hospital.
The Kabardino-Balkaria president's press service said Tutov, also a famed baritone, had been attacked by 15 people who had shouted "Russia for Russians". The prosecutors said other versions, except ethnically motivated violence, would be investigated! The government of the Republic Of Kabardino-Balkaria accused police ...
