A new attack of Martyr in Jokhar. Disbelievers and apostates report inconsistent information

Publication time: 16 September 2009, 14:13

Occupation sources reported that Martyr attacked the apostates who were sitting in a car on Wednesday in the daytime in Jokhar. It is reported that he approached the car with Kadyrov's apostates and blew himself.

Apostates and disbelievers put the cordons round the place of explosion and explicitly forbade reporting any information about the victims among the puppet policemen in order to avoid panic.

Before the information censorship was initiated an agency AP with reference to speaker of ECM (Emergency Control Ministry of Russian Federation, also known as EMERCOM - ed. note) speaker Titarenko reported from Jokhar, that 2 apostate policemen were liquidated and at least 3 puppets were injured.

According to initial version suggested by invaders, a man with an explosive approached the car, which stood in the region of municipal House of Fashion, and blew it ...

Maidan: Russia: 10 Years Since The Apartment Bombings – 10 Years Of Official Disinformation

Russia: 10 years since the apartment bombings – 10 years of official disinformation

The tragic events of September 1999 in Buynavsk, Moscow and Volgodonsk, linked with open terror and civilian victims marked the beginning of a new phase for our country, living under permanent terrorist threat. Up till then Russia had not experienced terrorist acts on such a scale.
The September terrorist acts were virtually the grounds for the beginning of the Second Chechen War. The course of events linked with this created the conditions for an enforcement body oligarchy to effectively come to power in Russia, and for the curtailing of many civil and political liberties and a move away from the democratic foundations of the constitutional system.
Violence in Chechnya, as human rights defenders warned, is as a result spreading throughout the entire Caucuses region and causing the radicalization and religious self-identification of armed opposition to the federal and local authorities.

2 policmen killed in Chechnya, violence rising

Published: September 13, 2009

ROSTOV-ON-DONRussia (AP) — Officials in Russia's violence-plagued North Caucasus say two policemen and an investigator have been shot dead over the past day.

Attacks on law enforcement and government figures in the region have risen notably in recent months. Most of the attacks appear to be committed by Chechen separatists or insurgents inspired by them.

The Chechen Interior Ministry said Sunday that two policemen died after coming under fire while on night foot patrol in the Chechen town of Argun.

The Ingushetia Interior Ministry says an investigator from the ministry was shot to death on Saturday in Ingushetia's largest city, Nazran.

EuroNews: Violence Flares In North Caucasus

Violence flares in North Caucasus

12/09 18:38 CET

Attacks in the volatile North Caucasus are the latest deadly episode in a wave of violence to hit the region.

In Dagestan, Russian security forces killed four suspected Islamist rebels in heavy fighting as insurgents continue to challenge Kremlin rule.

In the neighbouring republic of Chechnya, where Russia fought two separatist wars, there was a similar scenario. But this time the authorities became the target after a suicide attack in the capital Grozny badly wounded three police officers.

In nearby Ingushetia, vast unemployment, affecting more than half the population, arguably makes it easier for extremists to attract recruits.

Last month, a massive truck bomb killed 20 people and destroyed a five-storey police station in the capital Nazran. In a similar attack on Friday a suicide truck bomber killed one other person and wounded several at a police checkpoint.

The three republics have also seen a spate of high- profile ...

Window on Eurasia: Kovalev Says FSB Likely Used Chechen Agents in 1999 Apartment Bombings

Paul Goble

Vienna, September 9 – Ten years after the deadly 1999 apartment bombings in Moscow and Volgodonsk sparked the second post-Soviet Chechen war and propelled Vladimir Putin to the Russian presidency, most commentators either accept Putin’s claim that the Chechens were responsible or alternatively are convinced that Putin himself was to blame.
Given Moscow’s failure to provide convincing evidence for its claims and the inevitable suspiciousness of many about events that worked so clearly to Putin’s benefit, this debate is likely to continue because in the words of one Russian commentator, “doubts [about these cases] have no statute of limitations”(www.novayagazeta.ru/data/2009/099/17.html).
But on this anniversary of those bloody events, perhaps the most thoughtful discussion of who in fact was responsible for these murderous attacks is offered by Sergey Kovalev, the longtime rights activist who heads the Public ...
