On September 21, Mujahideen attacked with machine and submachine guns an invaders' convoy in Kurchaloi district several km from village Nikikhat. The attack lasted for 10 minutes. No exact data on Russian casualties is available.

But it's now off until January and may be delayed further into 2007 if prosecutors file their expected appeal of U.S. District Judge Marcia Cooke's dismissal of a crucial charge.
Cooke has also pronounced the U.S. case "weak on facts" and agreed with defense lawyers that prosecutors must provide more details about what crimes the trio may have actually committed instead of relying on sweeping allegations that they were involved in a violent Islamic jihad over a decade on several continents.

Amir Musa (Sultan Khadisov), the Commander of the Eastern Front of the Chechen Republic of Ichkeria's Armed Forces was severily injured in a battle in southern Chechnya and later died of his wounds (Shaheed, insha Allah), a spokesman of the Eastern Front Headquarters told the Kavkav Center news agency, giving no further details.

Amir Musa headed the units of the Easten Front after the death of the Chechen Commander Amir Ahmad (Ahmad Avdorkhanov).
The spokesman said a new Eastern Front Commander had been nominated by the Chechen President's.

Late Saturday, September 23, at about 9 pm local time, Mujahideen had attacked with small arms and subbarrel grenade launcers a military base of Russian invaders (commandant's office) in the town of Shali, Russian media reported.
The invaders claimed no casualties had been inflicted. No information was available in this regard from independent sources.
Also on Saturday, a car with a local collaborator has been attacked on a road between Shali and village Serzhen Yurt. The collaborator was injured and sent to a hospital with numerous wounds. His car was heavily damaged, Russian media reports.

2 Russian kafirs (infidels) were killed and at least 5 others wounded when a Mujahideen diversion group attacked with machine and submachine guns a Russian military convoy near the district center of Vedeno on Monday, September 25. The Mujahideen suffered no casualties.
Another unit of Mujahideen blew up a Russian military truck in Nozhai Yurt districr, killing 2 soldiers. The exact number of wounded Russians is unknown.
On the night between 24-25 September, diversion units of Mujahideen attacked enemy positions in Zavodskoy and Yandarbiev (former Oktyabrsky) city districts of Jokhar, killing one and wounding 4 kafirs and munafiqs (apostates). The Mujahideen suffered no casualties.
