The message was filmed during his meeting with Front Commanders. The meeting was also attended by the Sharia Court President and the State President's advisers for political and milittary affairs.
The President stressed that the Jihad in Chechnya against a mafiosi group residing in the Kremlin had been continuing for 16 years already.
The President called upon the Muslims abroad to unite and not to forget their brothers, the Caucasian Mujahideen, and to render them assistance. The President underlined that it was not the question of money only.

Serviceman killed in Chechnya sniper fire

GROZNY, September 13 (Itar-Tass) - A serviceman of Russian interior troops was killed in sniper fire on Tuesday evening, district police told Itar-Tass on Wednesday.
The serviceman was a member of the patrol guarding the commandant's office. "The solider died on the way to hospital," a police office said.

An artillery bombardment took place at dawn on September 13. Several artillery shells exploded on the outskirts of village Serzhen-Yurt. No one pupportedly suffered as a result of the explosion. Heavy damage was inflicted on the property.
For several days now the forested areas of this district have been subjected to artillery fire from a Russian occupation tank unit that is located in the city of Shali. Long-range guns are also being used, and these are reaching the Nozhay-Yurt and Vedeno districts.

4 Russian mercenaries from a "special troops" unit were killed in a special operation by a diversion group of Mujahideen on Tuesday (Sept. 12) in Itum Kali district. No other details of the special operation were given.
At least 1 kafir had been killed and 6 wounded in a landmine attack on a Russian armored personnel carrier on Tuesday, September 12, near village Khinzhi Kotar in Vedeno district, the spokesman said.
