Furthermore the Chechen command declared, that the mountain woods in Vedeno are under complete Chechen control, furthermore the Chechen freedom Fighters have set up many checkpoints in this district, where they check the traffic. Large groups of Chechen soldiers walk through villages even in daytime, and most of the Russian bases there are actually in a state of siege. Transportation of the Russian army is already conducted by helicopters, because the Russian convoys on the roads are under constant Chechen attacks. Occupiers kill and burn a kidnapped innocent civilian from Ingushetia Publication time: 2 August 2007, 21:45 As reported earlier, the occupiers reported the death of a Mujahid in the Urus-Martan district of Chechnya yesterday. The report said that the Mujahid resisted an attempt to arrest him while he was driving in a car. The Russian side reported for some reason that the killed Mujahid had lived in Ingushetia, without giving his name.
