As reported by Russian invaders, Amir Gaji (Gaji Melikov), Commander of  Mujahideen  in the Dagestani capital Shamilkala (former Makhachkala) martyred (Shaheed, insha Allah) yesterday in an unequal firefight with kafirs (infidels) und munafiqs (apostates).

2 other Mujahideen, brothers Ruslan Magomedov and Mahomed Magomedov, as well as the owner of the house, attacked by the Russians, a former Dagestani deputy minister of culture Zubair Hiyasov, also martyred in the firefight (Shahideen, insha Allah).

As reported earlier, on August 26, 2006 a heavy firefight berween Mujahideen and Russian kafirs (infidels) and munafiqs (apostates) took place in Shamilkaka (former Makhachkala), the capital of the Russian-occupied Caucasian Muslim state of Dagestan. It started at 6.30 am, a source  of the Kavkaz Center news agency reported.

On August 28, 2006, mobile units of Mujahideen and diversion groups of the Chechen Republic of Ichkeria's Armed Forces attacked Russian invaders and their stooges in the Chechen capital of Jokhar and in southern Chechnya, Kavkaz Center sources in the Chechen Military Command report.

On the night to August 28, Mujahideen carried out about 10 attacks on positions and dislocation points of the enemy in Jokhar, killing 2 and wounding 4 kafirs (infidels) and munafiqs (apostates). The figures of enemy casualties were obtained by radio intercept. One Mujahid was wounded.

In southern Chechnya, Mujahideen destroyed 13 enemy troops.

Russian artillery continue to  pound forest ranges of Chechnya, Chechen sources reported. Eyewitnesses say that the Russians regularly pound outskirts of villages in Shatoi, Itum Kali, Vedeno, Nozhai Yurt and other districts of Chechnya.

At nighttime Russian aviation also bombard these areas. No information about casualties from Russian artillery and aviation terror among civilians was available.

Meanwhile Mujahideen continue to attack Russian military bases. The invaders reported Mujahideen firing on a base of kafirs (infidels) near village Borzoi in Shatoi district killing one Russian mercenary soldier and inflicting heavy damage to ammunition and foodstuffs depots.

Last night (August 27) a mobile group of Mujahideen attacked Russian kafirs (infidels) in the Chechen capital of Jokhar; killing 2 Russian mercenaries and capturing their arms, Chechen sources reported.

At least 4 other Russian soldiers were killed in a landmine explosion of a Russian military truck 2 km from the district center in Nozhai Yurt district of Chechnya.

2 Russians invaders from a reconnaissance unit were killed and one wounded in a landmine explosion on Saturday morning (August 26) in Itum Kali district.
