According to the representative of the Military Committee of the SDC-Madjlisul Shura of the ChRI last Saturday, at least, 11 invaders were liquidated during fights in the Chechen Republic . Six aggressors were killed as the result of fighting collisions in the Vedeno region of the country. Three invaders were destroyed in Johar, and two mercenaries were killed as the result of blowing up of a in the Nojai-Yurt region of the ChRI, the “Caucasus-center” informs.

According to a representative of the Chechen command, two mojaheds became Shahids, one more mojahed was wounded.

CHECHNYA – Chechen guerrillas have fired on a group of Russian military personnel in a forest tract to the west of the village of Eshelkhatoy in Vedensky district. As a result one contract soldier was killed and three were wounded.

The attackers, who according to a source in the Interior Ministry of the Chechen Republic belonged to a unit led by Dagestani-born commander Rappani Khalilov, vanished from the scene of the attack.

In Vedensky district a special operation to find those who took part in the attack was immediately begun, involving the mobilization of federal forces as well as the Chechen battalion “Vostok” under the command of the Russian Defence Ministry.

CHECHNYA – Three Federal Russian Interior Ministry soldiers died today as a result of a shoot-out with an armed group of Chechens in the Novye Aldy suburb of the Chechen capital. One of the attackers was also killed.

CHECHNYA - This morning, guerrillas in the northern outskirts of the village of Agishty in Vedeno district fired on a UAZ jeep carrying officers of the North Caucasus RUBOP (anti-organized crime police squad).

As a result, one of the RUBOP policemen was killed and two were wounded.

At about the same time, the motor vehicle of an officer of the security service under the command of the Moscow-backed Vice-Premier Ramzan Kadydov came under fire on the Shali-Makhkety highway from an ambush in a forest tract. Spokesman of State Defense Council Majlis al-Shura of CRI (Chechen Republic of Ichkeria) reported to Kavkaz Center news agency that 21 invaders and national-traitors were killed during combat actions and sabotage operations of Mujahideen for the past two days.

According to the command of Mujahideen, combat actions occurred in Vedeno, Shali, and Nojay-Yurt district of the country. So, in a gorge of the river Bass, the mobile squad of Chechen fighters twice attacked a military convoy of occupational formations. During these attacks, four motor vehicles were destroyed. Eight invaders were killed and wounded.

In Shali district of CRI on the exit of Shali, sabotage group of Mujahideen attacked an UAZ jeep with invaders onboard, having killed one and wounded three aggressors.
