7 kafirs and munafiqs killed and wounded in Jokhar
According to spokesman of Military Council Majlisul Shura of CRI, in night of April 24 to April 25, as a result of several sabotage actions in Chechen capital Jokhar, Mujahideen have eliminated 2 and injured 5 kafirs and munafiqs.
According to the source inside Chechen command 2 kafirs were have been eliminated as a result of attacks on Russian check points in Maskhadov (former Staropromyslov) district of Jokhar.
During the night attacks on positions and patrols of the enemy Mujahideen’s sabotage teams have injured at least 5 munafiqs. Also, according to the source, UAZ army jeep was got into Muajahideen ambush in capita’s Zavodskoy district.
Mujahideen did not incur any casualties in these actions.
Clashes took place in various parts of CRI, according to Russian and Chechen sources. So, according to spokesman of Military Council Majlisul Shura of CRI, a clash took place on the eve between mobile squad of Mujahideen and invaders’ Special Forces in settlement of Nikihat. During the clash at least 2 invaders were eliminated. From Mujahideen side one fighter injured.
Another clash occurred on April 24, near to settlement of Ersenoy of Vedeno district, where the group of Mujahideen has entered into a short firefight with group of kafirs. There is no exact data about losses of invaders. Mujahideen withdrew from a skirmish place without incurring any casualties.

SPECIAL FORCES OF THE RUSSIAN MAIN INTELLIGENCE DIRECTORATE (MILITARY INTELLIGENCE SERVICE) WERE ATTACKED
On 29 April the Chechen fighters attacked the special forces of the Russian GRU (Main Intelligence Directorate (military intelligence department)) in Kurchaloy region of Chechnya. A base of this Russian military intelligence Special Forces has been deployed here for several years. As a result of the attack of the partisans one enemy soldier was killed and 2 were wounded. The Liberty radio service has distributed this information with reference to the Russian occupation sources. Neither independent source no representatives of the Command of Armed Forces of the Chechen Republic of Ichkeria have acknowledged this information to date.

Two men were reportedly killed in the clash at the puppet "presidential" administration, sparking fears of a broader power struggle between the groups of Chechen mercenaries who control the republic on behalf of the Russian authorities.
The exchange of fire happened during a meeting between Mr Alkhanov and a Russian official. A veteran journalist of the Russian-Chechen conflict, Anna Politkovskaya, reported that Kadyrov was incensed at not being invited to the meeting.
