U.S. and E.U. intend to black list Kadyrov, freeze his assets, and internee him

The US authorities have to impose a ban on issuing a US visa and to freeze all assets of the ringleader of the puppet regime in Chechnya, Kadyrov, because of his human rights violations and continuing practice of political assassinations, said the US Commission on International Religious Freedom.

The Commission is used by the US State Department, the Congress and the Administration as a group of experts to assess the status of religious freedom and religious rights in various countries.

Its heads are appointed by the President and approved by the US Congress. On Thursday, the commission announced on its website a new annual report.

Terrorist group FSB is afraid of International Tribunal on Chechnya

Human rights organizations reported that their activist Stanislav Dmitrievsky was interrogated by the FSB terrorist gang "Centre E" "in the Russian occupied Finnic city of Aloosh (Obran Osh), which the invaders renamed as ‘Nizhniy Novgorod"- The FSB thugs demanded from him to explain "under what conditions he was distributing extremist material."

Dissident ideas, according to the Russian thugs, are contained in the book "International Tribunal for Chechnya. Legal perspectives concerning individuals suspected of committing war crimes and crimes against humanity," that was published about two years ago in Moscow with Mr. Dmitrievsky as an editor.

Mr. Dmitrievsky refused to take part in the KGB/FSB punitive ritual of "giving an explanation." Russia Says it Killed "al-Qaeda” Emissary in North Caucasus

The National Anti-Terrorist Committee (NAK) announced today (April 22) that among the militants killed yesterday (April 21) in a shootout with security forces near the village of Serzhen-Yurt in Chechnya’s Shali district was a Saudi national known by the nom de guerre Moganned who, according to the committee, was al-Qaeda’s "emissary” in the North Caucasus. NAK spokesman Nikolai Sintsov said that Moganned was the "guarantor” of financing for the "terrorist underground” in the North Caucasus from abroad. He said that Moganned had been in the North Caucasus since 1999 after he arrived in Chechnya from Georgia’s Pankisi Gorge to join the group headed by Khattab, the Saudi-born field commander of North Caucasus militants killed in 2002.

Death of Umarov’s Successor Is a Major Setback to Rebel Movement

Following reports that Russian air and ground forces had killed 17 militants in an operation targeting a rebel base near the village of Upper Alkun in Ingushetia, Moscow waited with trepidation for the official identification of the body of Doku Umarov, the leader of the North Caucasus militants, as if his death would dramatically change the situation in the region. Then, on April 3, the president of Ingushetia, Yunus-Bek Yevkurov, suggested Umarov was alive and could still be in Ingushetia (gazeta.ru, April 4). Virtually all the Russian newspapers, magazines and TV channels soon became filled with reports that the bodies of Umarov’s inner circle, including Supyan Abdullaev, had been found. In the meantime, rebel news sources denied Umarov was dead but confirmed that Abdullaev had been killed (http://kavkazcenter.com/russ/content/2011/04/03/80436.shtml).

Death of an apostate

The story of life and death of one of the bloodiest Chechen apostates from the now disbanded "Vostok" gang (aka East), Magomed Taysumov (radio call sign "Tyson") is very instructive.

We recall that Taysumov was one of the closest friends of Sulim Yamadayev (another well-known apostate, commander of the Vostok/East Battalion, killed in Dubai, on March 28, 2009).

Together with him, Kadyrov and other apostates, he switched sides to Russian infidels and began to fight against the Mujahideen. He became an officer of the GRU (Russian military intelligence) in the Russian defense ministry. Taysumov has been promoted to the rank of a GRU major. He was known for his cruelty and brutality.

Taysumov killed many Chechens. As acknowledged by the ringleader of the Chechen apostates, Kadyrov, Taysumov personally killed more than 200 people. However, the numbers are much higher. The main victims of the apostate were relatives of the Mujahideen. He ...
