A patrol belonging to the DPS [Road Patrol Service] of the puppet Interior Ministry was blown up with a radio-controlled contact mine in the Yandarbiyev (formerly Oktyabr) district of capital Jokhar, Caucasus Emirate's Nokhchicho (Chechnya/Ichkeria) Province.

According to occupation sources the mine explosion took place yesterday, March 4 at about 10.20 p.m. on the curb of the road near the house No. 69 on Sayhanov Street, while a DPS patrol of the puppet IM consisting of 5 men was passing by the house.

One member of the puppet militia suffered shrapnel injuries in the explosion and was hospitalized. It was also reported that the explosion damaged a GAZelle car parked near the house.

The force of the explosion was such that it created a 30 cm deep, funnel-shaped hole of 1 m in diameter.
