A representative of the Staff North Front AF CRI confirmed the death of the commander of NEF AF CRI Amir Tahir (Tahir Bataev).

According to the source, Tahir Amir arrived in Gudermes to operational objectives. March 21, Chechen commander accidentally stumbled upon an armed kafirs and their puppets and began fighting with them. They demanded surrendering of amir Tahir, but he opened fire. The battle continued about 1.5 hours. The fierce battle was unequal and Amir Tahir became Shahid (Insha' Allah), killing and wounding several invaders and hypocrites.

As occupational sources report, on the early morning hours, March, 23, in Khasavyurt it has been blocked house, in which was one of the mujahideen. On their demand to surrender, mojahed opened fire. The battling mojahed became Shahid (Insha' Allah). Invaders and hypocrites state that there are not any losses among them.

Invaders reported that the name of the killed hero is Rustam Bashayev. He was an inhabitantof the village of Nuradilova, in Khasavyurt district of Dagestan. Earlier, according to the invaders, Rustam Bashayev several times was fighting with kafirs and munafiks in Khasavyurt and was leaving the surrendering successfully.
