Kadyrov told U.N. High Commissioner for Human Rights Louise Arbour the money was directed to Akhmed Zakayev, who is living in Britain, the Russian information agency Novosti reported. Kadyrov accused Zakayev of financing the attack at Dynamo stadium in Grozny, which left Kadyrov dead. Kadyrov said in the 1990s businessman Boris Berezovsky gave money to Chechen separatists.
