Accoding to a Russian news report, a Chechen Mujahideen remote-controlled landmine exploded late Friday, November 10, 2006, while a Russian military APC was moving near the village of Berkart Yurt on the outskirts of the Chechen capital of Jokhar. The blast purportedly only wounded two Russian invaders and damaged the vehicle.
As of press time, no information about this action has been received from the Chechen Military Command.

According to a Chechen report, a mobile group of Mujahideen attacked a puppets' patrol in the Zavodsky district of the Chechen capital of Jokhar near the township Kirov late Friday, November 10, 2006. One collaborator was killed and another one was wounded in the action.
A puppets' humvee was attacked with small arms in the Maskhadov district (former Staropromyslovsky district) of Jokhar also on November 10, 2006. The puppets suffered losses but no information about their nature and extent was available.
According to a report from Radio Liberty, a puppets' humvee was attacked with small arms in Jokhar on November 11, 2006. At least 2 puppets were severely injured in the action. No further details were reported.

A Russian military convoy consisting of two trucks and an armored infantry fighting vehicle was struck with landmine that exploded when it approached a bridge over the railway near the village of Novy Tsentoroi in the Groznensky Selsky district on the night between October 11-12, 2006. Two invaders including a detachment commander were injured with fragmentation wounds according to Russian news reports.
As of press time, the Chechen Military Command reported no details with regard to the real extent and nature of Russian casualties in this action.

A spokesman of the Military Committee Headquarters of the CRI State Defense Council Majlisus Shura confirmed earlier Russian reports that a Russian armored infantry fighting vehicle in a military convoy was blown up near the village of Berkat Yurt on November 10, 2006, according to a report from the Daymohk news agency.
The attack was carried out by Mujahideen from the detachment Assad, the spokesman added. The vehicle was disabled. The Mujahideen didn't manage to tally the exact nature and the extent of Russian casualties.
The Mujahideen returned to their base without having suffered any losses.
The detachment Assad is a unit of the North-Western Front of the Chechen Republic of Ichkeria's Armed Forces under the command of Colonel Abubakar Elmuradov, the report says.
