In addition, the terrorists "registered" 41 "thought crimes", or "extremist crimes" as the Russians use to call them, in the Russian-occupied Muslim state of Idel-Ural. Mobile units of Mujahideen were active in the Shelkovo, Vedeno, Nozhai Yurt and Itum Kali districts of Chechnya as well as in the Chechen capital of Jokhar. Sabotage attacks were carried out against occupation and puppet troups in Jokhar.
