On the night between October 1-2, mobile groups of Mujahideen attacked invaders and collaborators positions and patrols in the Chechen capital of Jokhar more than 10 times.
According to radio intercept, 3 invaders and traitors were killed and at least 7 others wounded in these attacks. The Mujahideen suffered no casualties, a Kavkaz Center source reports from Chechnya.
A mobile group of Mujahideen attacked a Russian army reconnaissance unit near the district center of Vedeno September 2, killing 3 and heavily wounding one aggressor.
A Russian military convoy was attacked in the Tsentoroi mountain range in Nozhai Yurt district September 2. Two Russian vehicles were disabled. Several invaders were left dead and wounded but no exact information about Russian casualties was available.

A Chechen Web site, Daymohk, distributed the tally of military operations carried out on October 2, 2006, by several units of the CRI Armed Forces North-Western Front under the command of Colonel Abubakar Elmuradov.
On the night between October 2-3, the main Russian invaders' base in Khankala received subbarell grenade launchers and small arms fire from the Mujahideen. No information about enemy casualties was available. The operation was carried out under the command of Amir Asad.
A humvee with Russian invaders received fire on the outskirts of village Janka. The humvee fell into a ditch at the side of the road. One Russian was killed and several wounded. The operation was carried out under the command of Amir Jihad.

A sixth mobile phone base station of the Mobikom-Kavkaz Company (operator: Megafon) has been blown up Tuesday, October 3, in Chechnya.
Five other base stations of this exclusive mobile phone company for the Russian-occupied Chechnya were destroyed in a series of explosions on the night between August 5-6, 2006.
The Mobikom-Kavkaz Company is reported to belong to Lyuda Putin, the wife of the Russian dog Putin.
No details of the attack were given by the Russian invaders of Chechnya.
A sabotage group of Chechen Mujahideen equipped with small arms attacked a Russian "special police forces" unit in the Shali diatrict of the Chechen Republic of Ichkeria. 3 invaders were wounded in this action. At least one kafir was on the verge of death according to Russian reports. No further details were available.
Meanwhile, Chechen Mujahideen armed with subbarrel grenade launchers attacked the position of invaders in Yandarbievsky (former Oktyabrsky) district of Jokhar overnight October 3-4, 2006 according to a report from the Chechen Military Command. No exact information about Russian casualties was available.
Russian artillery pounded the Vedeno district according to reports from Chechnya. No information about possible casualties among civilians was available.

Mujahideen attacked a reconnaissance unit of Russian invaders in a forested area near village Shamil Kotar in Vedeno district Tuesday, October 3. A fierce firefight lasted for 10 minutes. Mujahideen have no information about Russian casualties. According to radio intercept, the invaders requested an urgent medical aid. After the clash the Mujahideen withdrew from the scene without having suffered any casualties, Chechen sources report.
The invaders reported two their collaborators purportedly only wounded in Grozny-Selsky district after their vehicle had come under Mujahideen fire.
Eyewitnesses said, the Russian kept using their heavy artillery for regular concentrated pounding of forested areas and neighboring villages. Thus, the peasants in village Serzhen Yurt suffer for a long time already from real artillery terror while the Russian invaders every day and night pound forested areas and other villages surrounding it.
